I've ran Epi solo before and adding Stano has eliminated most of the sides. My boys are still swollen and lethargy hasn't come into play until now.. Do it tyga!! Also Achilles has been a God sent cause Epi usually murders my joints..

Pumps, Pumps, Pumps that's all I got to say.. I'm loving what I'm seeing in the mirror, looking jacked as a MOFO. I found a use for my Enhanced, half scoop at 3PM to keep me going at work.. I really want to start increasing my lifts for the last 2.5 weeks of the cycle but I'm afraid to. I tried pushing it last night and I could feel that my shoulder is not with it.. I think I may need to get it looked at because it's holding my strength gains back.. Not sure what I'm going to hit tonight cause I want to lay off the shoulder..

Good job man best to lay off the shoulder. Your body is telling you to lay of for a reason. Plus you don;t need heavy weight to get huge on a cycle. Where is the pain located in your shoulder?
 
I'm 100% with CatD - you HAVE to train around injuries, or you won't be training at all. I'd just try to keep setting rep PR's with your working weight until you feel it's high enough you can add 5lbs here, 5 there.

Day 39-42

Sorry guys!!! I've been slacking here, anyway quick rundown of the last couple of days. Thursday I skipped shoulders and did Tri's only, man were they on fire banged out 6 different exercised 4 sets each all in the 12-16 range.. Friday I hit a quick full body workout hitting everything but shoulders again. Saturday was a 30min cardio session at home no weight lifting. Sunday was a off day first one in a long time and the rest felt good ready to kill it tonight. Diet was OK this weekend, I had a party Saturday night so the diet was crap for dinner with ice cream cake :) Sunday same story all day diet was on point except for dinner. Stepped on the scale for my Monday morning weigh in was up 3 lbs!! that makes a total of 9 lbs for this cycle.. I have a feeling some of that will come off this week I have been peeing like a race horse all day must be holding some water..
 
Day 43

Cardio

Mmmmm Epi at 60 is golden! I love Epi and stano at your dosage. You gonna love it at that dose.

That's in the area of tendinitis if I'm not mistaken. I get it pretty nasty in my right shoulder mostly due to the cartilage damage. Still worth looking at if you have insurance though. Shoulders and knees aren't something to f+ck with. Don't wanna find out its more severe the hard way

I really think that the shoulder is just over worked, feels much better with a few days of rest.. BTW I feeling 60mg of EPI!!! my muscles are so full it hurts!!!

Back

Holy 60mg of Epi man!!!! Wow do I feel it now, 3 days at 60mg and my muscles are so full it is painful.. I flexed my Bicep today and it was soo tight it cramped!! I better stop touching myself cause people are going to start talking about me.. Not the best workout for me, I had a lot of things on my mind and kept losing focus but I got it in.. Tonight them legs are getting crushed, may go for 700 lbs on the hammer squat machine tonight see if I can get a video for u guys :)

Yea you hit parallel! You may need to stand closer to the hack squat machine. Looks like when you set back your hips aren't under the pad (if that makes sense lol)

Not trying to take anything away from that lift, cuz you flat out got it!

I know what you mean I'll set my feet lower.. Thanks I'm very amped about it!! Last year I struggled to put up 315!! Wish my neck wasn't so jacked up otherwise I'd throw a barbell on my back and kill ish..

Sick weight. Little closer to the machine and a little lower. I think you had a little more to hit parallel. We had a very similar machine in high school. The further forward you went with feet the easier it was to hit parallel but the weight had to get lighter. The farther back your feet the easier it got to lift heavy but parallel was difficult. Still sick ****ing weight though. Wouldn't be easy no matter what.

Thanks guys I think I went lower on the last 2 then the first ones.. I thought it was going to feel heavier than it did.. It's hard to tell how far I'm going down since there is no mirror in front of the machine.. I promise next time I'll drop it like it's hot and add more weight!!! LOL

Your last 2 for sure were lower. You want those hips parallel with the knee joint. Maybe find a box that sets you into position and do light barbell squats to avoid killing your neck just to get a feeling of depth. It's quite helpful

Oh yeah sucks gas if you run it wide open all the time!!! LOL Slow it down a tad to about 3/4 throttle and you'll save a lot of money ;) No idea on the stripers I'm strictly fresh water my man...

dude stripers are freaking unbelievable to catch. all that salt around you and your fresh only?! seems crazy dude. hooking up with a massive drum or striper or shark is always about as fun as it can get, and damn good lean eating. i used to fish the peir in summers point. usually did ok there.
