Why are there so many stupid kids in my gym? No offence but half of them need to go back to college and get out of my way!!! Rant over Sorry :) So I smashed back last night, Had to wait a couple of times but whacha gonna do!! My lats were on fire just smoked them had such a big pump that they cramped up. A little update, still have zero sides!!! Nice so happy about this, the last couple of days my skin has been oily but I'll deal with that, no pimples. I added vanillean about 2 weeks ago and I'm starting to like it, I have noticed additional fat burning while taking it..

Well, I officially give up on 2 PW supps, Enhanced & Hemavol.. I took 2 servings of each last night and felt very little, with all the hype on these 2 I'm very disappointed :( But thank God for Epi/Stano cause your boy still got a great workout.. For the first time this cycle which I'm in the 5th week I'm getting sore.. Muscles are growing and people are noticing!!! I like it LOL My shoulder are feeling so much better since I've lowered the weight on my lifts and did away with all Barbell presses.. With all the carbs today my legs should blowup tonight..

Legs

This was the fastest leg workout I ever did.. I got to the gym super late and only had about 50 mins to workout.. My legs were cooked at the end so felt good to get one in.. My rest time was almost nothing just banging out set after set. Once again I'm sore, I'm not complaining but just find it odd since I have not been sore the entire cycle and no change in routine.. Anyone have any idea why??? I believe Monday I'm going to up Epi to 60 and Stano to 1000 and run it like this the last 3 weeks.

Lol, but seriously. On the methylsten leg of my 1/4 dhea cycle I could lift weights twice a day & squat & deadlift on back to back days like nothing. Not in the same day, everybody can do that. But deadlifting the day after you squat is another thing. Methylstenbolone was nuckin' futs for recovery, better than cyanostane easily. Or epi for that matter, which was better than cyano also.

Well, methylsten is something to check out if you need badass recovery. Just sayin'. You should also be signed up for the STOOOPID amounts of backpumps/charliehorses/calf cramps list too tho if you take it, because that's also part of that deal lol

So once again no OFF DAYS!! I think in the last 5 weeks I have only missed 2 days!! That's right I'm funking crazy but your looking at a man on a mission. Leaning out really nice now, and I don't own a pair of shorts that fit anymore. The last 2 days I've been battling a cold but that ish won't stop me. Friday was chest and bi's just did a bunch of lite work and burned the hell out of my muscles. Saturday hit the gym in the morning, then 30 min treadmill at the house in the afternoon. Tonight I'll bang out a hour of cardio ..

That's right!! Veins are popping all over, stating to see them on my calfs and quads!!! Stepped on the scale is morning for my weekly weight in and up another pound! That's a total of 8 lbs at the start of week 6 sitting at 222!!

I don't want something that is going to completely rape my hair line. I know some shedding is inevitable but I want one of the safer options. Also, something that's not horrifically toxic or something that will dry my joints out too bad

Back

Another workout in the books, I'm going to miss the cycle once it's over :( thank God I have a couple more weeks.. Back was on fire last night, the off day did me good and I was ripping threw set after set with very little rest.. I'm glad I de-loaded for this run cause my joints are thanking me and I feel an awesome mind muscle connection going on.. Started to get some afternoon lethargy between 2-4 Pm where I can't keep my eyes open!! So today I brought a PW with me and took it at 2PM when I started getting tired.. Well it worked and I've been pumping out work like crazy!! Legs tonight!!!

Keep an eye on that bp. I couldn't let the preworkouts go on my last cycle, & that was prob a stupid idea. At least not til methylsten, that stuff officially got me off stims for the last 2 wks of cycle. But first 5 I used half dosing of usual *I know, naughty boy*. I'm sure my heart didn't thank me. Plus stims cranked thru the roof once I hit PCT. I'm such a stim junkie. There are worse people out there, & I don't need ridiculous doses, but I'm the guy who likes stuff thru the day.

Just saying, do as I say, not as I did. You're slaying this cycle Caz!

I hear you loud and clear on the BP, I'm trying to keep the stims to a minimum. I have a 10 oz coffee in the morning on the drive to work and my PW before lifting and that's it. I've been fighting a cold so I'm sure that's dragging me down too.. Don't plan on hitting up a PW at work everyday but it was nice :) thanks Hyde

Thanks brother I saw your back picks both of us a straight blown up ;) I'll tell u Stano has been my BFF this cycle and will be in all mine from now on.. I've ran Epi solo before and adding Stano has eliminated most of the sides. My boys are still swollen and lethargy hasn't come into play until now.. Do it tyga!! Also Achilles has been a God sent cause Epi usually murders my joints..
