Chest / Bi's

Hit the gym last night for a nice chestical and Bi workout. I'm currently doing a de load on weight so this workout was all about the negative using a 3-4 sec count on the way down.. Had an incredable burn going on and feeling sore today.. Once again my shoulder started acting up but I'm use to it so just kept going. If any of you were wondering about Keto and clen don't. Keto is definitly resting my recepors cause I'm feeling the Clen full force again..Moved my belt another notch this morning!!! Tonight shoulder and tri's are on tap..

Supplement Notes: So I took Slintropin 15 mins before each of my meals as directed. My wife made baked potatoes with dinner , normally I would pass and stick with my brown rice. Figured it would make a good test, ate it and had zero bloat! Actually I felt hungry all day eating my usual meals which is not the norm so Slintropin is doing it's thing.

Ergopure was dosed 3 times a day as well after my meals and after my second dose I was peeing like a water fountain. That tells me the AI properties of ergopure are legit. To soon to comment on any thing else.

4oz 93/7 ground turkey
2tbsp hummus
8oz carbmaster

Snack

3/4c brown rice
5oz 93/7 ground beef
Lachoy lite soy sauce

Snack

Post workout
1 scoop pro
8oz carbmaster

Postworkout meal
3/4c brown rice
4oz tilapia
Sauce (made with a red bell pepper, coconut oil, some jamaican spice and tomato puree)

2nd post workout meal
1 flatout

1/4c fat free shredded cheddar
1/4c pizza sauce

Snack
Oat bran muffin

Say hello to carbo load. Tomorrow ill smash some chess and biceps.. the BRO day :D

Caz what program is that you use to track your micros calories? I have never been to into counting calories just try to eat healthy, eat enough protein, and adjust based upon what my body is doing. Been considering taking a more calculated approach.

I'm using my fitness pal, there is an app for it too and it's free. Tracking my intake has made a big difference in my weight loss. I highly recommend you do it..

Bcazo's tip of the day!!

I've been feeling very tired lately due to lack of sleep with my son waking up all times of the night.. So tired that I would be falling asleep at my desk around 2:00 everyday. So I started looking threw my stash and found a bottle of Alcar.. I took 1000mgs today and I feel great!! I'm not tired at all and really able to focus on my work.. Great stuff that I forgot about..

I was going to hit Shoulders & Tri's last night but the shoulder was feeling sore so I gave it another days rest and did Back. I got to the gym about 25 mins later than normal so I had to fly threw this workout. I felt good last night had a awsome pump going thanks to Slintropin. It's been awhile since i've used a GDA and I'm really enjoying it, gets the viens popping! My wife said to me after dinner why are you puffing your chest out!! LOL I'm also enjoying LCLT, 3 days in and I'm feeling an increase in endurance. It's not a caffeine type of energy, you know when you hit the end of your workout and start feel tired? Since taking LCLT it takes much longer to reach that point. The funny thing is I use to add a different brand LCLT to my PW and never noticed much but just kept using it since I had it.. It's still to early to tell with ergopure yet but So far so good Myodyne!!

Your chest looks swoll as a mutha in that pic man, & never thought about raisins postworkout - I forgot I love them, & dried fruit in general. I have like no simple carbs in the house right now besides lean dairy & syntha-6. Everything is complex, so postworkout is often waxy maize. But it'd be great to have some tasty food options that aren't artificial sweets for a simple carbup postworkout. Thanks bro!

I completely forgot about them too! Until i was in the healthy region/ fruit section at one of grocery stores here.. if i ate dairy id mix a 1/4c of those raisens with some greek yogurt post workout. But, i stay away from dairy with the exception of some cheese here and there.

Shoulders /Tri's

I'm glad I decided to push off shoulders the other night cause they flet great today! Again I reduced some of my volume and weight this week to give my joints some needed rest. The lighter weight has allowed me to focus on the muscle contraction and I'm feeling sore.. Once again had an insane pump at the gym to the point of painful. got to love that..

Ergopure / LCLT: I'm starting to feel it now, first the last 2 nights I had deep rested sleep which I haven't had in a while. I did my man scaping this past weekend and it's already gowning in so hair is growing much faster(increased test). Also the boys are looking much fuller and hanging low, got busy with the wife last night and felt like a porn star

Thats right buuuuddy! Gotta be honest...i've taken a liking to 5-3-1 but fst7 is raising my eyebrows. How long does it take you to run through a workout?

For the workout above it took about an hour for just the lifting total workout is about 1.5 hours. Once you get the lifts down you can plow right through it.

Damn good work caz. Thats 40+ sets in under an hour. No rest periods for you huh?

But an hour is perfect for me. I'll see how far 531 takes me. Once i plateau i'll look into fst7.

Despite the lack of carbs, i had a great pump. I believe the slintropin ( berberine specifically) has kicked for sure. This us a very effective GDA, since ive started the carb cycling and the myodyne supplements ive lost 3lbs :D

As always, did band and shoulder rehab/prehab work. The pictures im about to post, i have red knots on my back because ive been using a thera cane for trigger points on my back.
