caz and tygas ongoing log.. and w/e we decide to use.

Didn't know Vitamin C helped with cort control, of course I would just come off about 6g ed after cycle ended cuz I got sick of packing them down. I have a lousy immune system, especially on cycle, and hell if I was gonna get sick on that run. Only pill that hangs in my throat & needs to be taken alone, normally I can bomb a handful of pills at one swallow (13 is my current record) :ugh2:

The log actually is even tougher for most vs bar of same weight; you have to use the fixed grip instead of what's most advantageous for your frame like a bar lets you. 185 log feels like a 205 pushpress for me, easy.

My quad started to tighten up on me a little, even my left quad (same muscle).. so im not 100% sure whats goin on.

My research vials better get here tomorrow or im going to be out of mod grf and ghrp... and i still have 12 more weeks of this goodness.

It was on last night, it was just one of those workouts that all movements felt great. Had a awsome mind/muscel connection going on, back was looking swole after this one. Upped Clen to 60 today and sides feel the same so I'll wait another day than bump to 80.. Legs later tonight

Just go apeshiz on that baby with the mallet til you burn out at the end of every other workout...your abs will be jelly & you'll be sweating like you're on clen...oh, wait..

Chest/bi workout

Did my usuall foam roll/ball roll and headed out. I made the mistake of taking a nap before i went to the gym. Ever had an "off day" where you get in the gym and every movement feels odd? That was my day today... sucked.

Haha! That's what's up man. What kind of gym do you work out at? Do they have MMA training there or something. I know you said they got new equipment a while back, but this gym looks different.
 
Lol. Went through a vein three days ago. Didn't bleed out much but had a bubble and it dispersed internally. This is today:

@tyga-- about injections, with ghrp+cjc do u use full needle in the muscle. i thought they were insulin injections into thw belly fat

Yea there slin pins, but they reach the muscle. I rotate between IM and SQ, had scar tissue building on my stomach from injecting 3x a day lol

Yup use the the whole needle (think there 1/2in long)

Always use the whole needle that way especially in an intra muscular inject you don't push a little deeper and hit vein or nerve.

Ive never injected either, its easy tho. The needles are tiny

been looking at that ghrp for quite sometime now, looks like I'll be pullin the trigger a bit sooner, very good ish indeed keep it up! I was gonna ask that too, how big the needles are, if their small and not noticeable at all I'll be hoppin that ish mad soon.

Legs

Great leg workout last night, switched things up alittle and burnt the heck out of my legs. I'm finally starting to get comfortable squating and increased the weight and felt fine. Decided to give the sledge hammer tire thing a try at the end of legs and man it cooked me, had a great sweat going on. Also threw in some ab work before I threw the hammer down!!

Had a fire this morning in a building that the company I work for ownes and spent the entire day on my feet! This is not a good idea when your legs feel like mine did today. Thank God the fire happend early and no one got hurt, just sat at my desk for the first time today and I'm shot. Not sure if I'll make it to the gym tonight, plus I hardly ate anything all day.. I think I need some R&R tonight..

Way proud of you for getting under that barbell with that weight guy - watch it keep climbing this cycle! You'll get the itch to go full bore here before too long, mark my words. Guys like us that push want to know their limits, then crush them.

Thanks Hyde!! I have about 2 weeks left so we will see. I had that itch last night but I'm trying to keep my form spot on. I hope to be pushing over 300 by the end of the year..
 
That is totally doable. And it's better that you didn't max yet. When guys aren't used to lifting heavy (1-5 reps/set) on squat and then try to find their 1RM is when injuries are most likely. Spending just a few weeks with sets of 5 and then triples the week or so before a max attempt will get the body used to working close to its limits - and since it adapts to this, form will tighten up & 1RM subsequently rises as well.
