Not sure yet, it's been about 10 years since I ran Clen so I'm going to see how I handle it. Going to run it 2weeks on 2 weeks off and see if I can get the dose up to 120mcg. I just started at 40mcg and i'll up it every 4 days and see now the sides are, I'm going to dose L-taurine for the cramping as well..
 
Clen Update:

Took first dose around 2 hours ago, this stuff is legit not that I doubted it cause it the same place I get all my research stuff from. Heart rate is elevated a little with slight hand tremors. Positive note is that I was all stuffed up from this pollen flying around but now I can breath much better.. :)

Yeah it is!!! The sides have gone away so I'm happy about that seems to just be the first couple of hours..

I stuck my right medial delt, got thru the skin, tip of the pin hit the muscle and it twitched... lol spooked the crap outta me, so i pulled the pin out and re stuck my self.. now my delt hurts like hell.

I never aspirate. The positive pressure from the circulatory system will force blood into the syringe which makes aspirating pointless. Especially with water based injections like peptides. You'll see the liquid in the syringe slowly turn red when this happens

Naw I push the fluid to the tip. When aspirating you move the needle anyway no matter how careful you are, so what's the point. I could see leaving a small amount of air in the needle to help purge ALL the liquid out of it at the end but I don't see it doing anything at the beginning

Hmm. Good to know. Not peptides though ;)

We all got f'ed up today. I forgot to aspirate today and freaked myself out.
Todays wasnt a good day for injections
 
If it's any consolation whenever it was I did those touch and go deadlifts last I popped a blood vessel in my left eye...normally I pull from a dead reset every rep, so hold breath and breathe out at top - but those were heavy-ass touch n go's, and I think I held my breath on the way back down accidentally.

When you're already turning purple, your body doesn't appreciate any extra reps on the same breath I guess lol
 
Today was the wifes birthday, she wanted to eat at cheddars and get andys frozen custard, so you can guess how my diet went for dinner and after lol luckily it was my last meal.

Sorry for the lack of posts yesterday I was on the road all afternoon for work :( Anyway smashed a great workout last night with no shoulder pain!!!! I was even able to do rear delts which I haven't done in over a month. Shot a video for you guy's of me doing my last shoulder FST-7 set with the log. No idea how much it weighted but after pressing it all those sets it had my shoulders on fire!! Second day on Clen and the sides are about 50% less than the first day. I can feel it heating me up I can break a sweat just walking up the stairs, excited to se how lean I can get on it.. Back is on tap for tonight..

Having no pain was great the chiro has been adjusting it and has helped alot.. I was doing my side raises and saw the log and thought I wonder how many times I can press this thing.. LOL

Nice work Caz, your volume always makes me feel like I'm not doing jack in the gym... and logs are traditionally 135 & 185 usually. Based on the fact that you hit 84 reps in a relatively short span seated makes me think 135 (since I could do that for 115 maybe lol).

I know some one on here knows where I'm talking about. Apparently it's about a inch below your hip bone and a inch back. From what I've read is one of the best spots to pin.

My quad started to tighten up on me a little, even my left quad (same muscle).. so im not 100% sure whats goin on.

My research vials better get here tomorrow or im going to be out of mod grf and ghrp... and i still have 12 more weeks of this goodness.

Vitamin c- 3g daily
Aromasin- 12.5mg eod

My nips started to hurt about a week ago, and the hefty dose of vit c should help with cortisol.
