Yea memphis is rough, so is east saint louis and some parts of the natural bridge. Every state has rough neighborhoods and what not, it is what it is. But, its good you had an awesome time!

Im going to use the LR3 after this pep cycle because i guess your suppose to take it 8hrs before or after the mod grf/ghrp.
I'll probably stay on the grf/ghrp combo until I sack up and buy growth. It'd be nicer pinning once or twice a day anyways. Are you mixing grf and ghrp in the same tube or are you keeping them seperate?

Hello?? Anyone home? Where's Tyga?? LOL Another good workout in the books, pumps are almost painfull at this point!! Went lighter on shoulders just to take it easy on them with the heavy chest day from yesterday. Anyway noticed that my left tricep is smaller than my right so I added more single arm movements to try to isolate each side and get the left one to grow more.. Also banged out a nice ab session at the end of the workout..

OH Man I felt good last night, could have been the 3 days off or could be the gear?? I think it's the gear cause I was pumped like a MOFO!! I'm so impressed with the thinning thats happening I got veins popping all over. Multiple people have come up to me and made comments.. Felt very strong So I decided to push my bench press to see how I'm doing. I hit 305x1 and it felt good I know I could do more but wanted to see how the shoulder held up. It's a little sore today but nothing bad, shoulders and tri's on tap for tonight!!

I use to isolate my left bicep cuz at one point it was smaller. I quit doing it about 2 years ago, it caught up. Imo id just focus on the contraction..

Used force factors pre workout today. It was pretty legit, pumps were amazing and the focus was decent. Got another sample, going to use it on leg day friday. Quad still acts up from time to time.. so ill being lifting pretty light, focus on the contraction and forcing blood into my quad.
