Haha no kidding about east st lou - we have a saying around here (since I can actually get there in less than 20 min): if you find yourself there, you don't stop. Not at stopsigns, not for anyone or anything. Keep moving and keep your head down. It's that friggin' bad. After fireworks over the river everybody on the IL side went to the bridge by the Casino Queen, but the city routed leaving traffic so you had to go right thru downtown east stl. Full on stop & go traffic in the most dangerous city in the country at like 10 at night. There were thugs trying people's cardoors while they were in them :AR15firing:
 
Took the stim version of the athletix sample i recieved tonight on my back session. Was kind of nervous since the non stim was doodoo, but boy did it deliver!

Gave me a solid pump and the focus was good.

Heres my post workout food. Looks like a mess but its so freakin good!

Heres the recipe-
2 whole red bell peppers
Half a white onion
Half a can of tomato puree
1 maggi cube (nigerian spice)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 cup oil
^^ blend all this - it becomes the sauce for tilapia
5 whole tilapia boiled - drain and add to sauce and simmer.

I put it on a bed of rice. Usually i do half brown rice half white.. did all white tonight.

Nah, it wasnt strong. Clean and jittery free.. may be a little yohimbe in there cuz i got warm lol

Im going to use the LR3 after this pep cycle because i guess your suppose to take it 8hrs before or after the mod grf/ghrp.

I'll probably stay on the grf/ghrp combo until I sack up and buy growth. It'd be nicer pinning once or twice a day anyways. Are you mixing grf and ghrp in the same tube or are you keeping them seperate?

Same tube, pull the grf first then the ghrp. Saves me syringes

OH Man I felt good last night, could have been the 3 days off or could be the gear?? I think it's the gear cause I was pumped like a MOFO!! I'm so impressed with the thinning thats happening I got veins popping all over. Multiple people have come up to me and made comments.. Felt very strong So I decided to push my bench press to see how I'm doing. I hit 305x1 and it felt good I know I could do more but wanted to see how the shoulder held up. It's a little sore today but nothing bad, shoulders and tri's on tap for tonight!!

I use to isolate my left bicep cuz at one point it was smaller. I quit doing it about 2 years ago, it caught up. Imo id just focus on the contraction..

Thanks I've been doing this workout for a little over a month and with all the volume there is no need for cardio.. I think I'm also thinning out better which is great since I hate doing cardio when I can be lifting instead..

I thought I lost you buddy LOL almost sent out the rescue squad... It's lighter look at the arnolds, front raises and the BB press !!! And I wonder why my shoulder hurts? Actually my Chiro has been adjusting it and feeling much better thank God.

oddly enough mine seem to be fading. i've had deep red nasty ones on my chest and in my armpits and front delts since i was 16 when i first started.
 
I guess it's the price we pay for being beasts. I've been using flawless by evomuse and it is helped a lot fading the stretch marks but man these ones on the my armpits are killing me today I guess my Lats are growing

Used force factors pre workout today. It was pretty legit, pumps were amazing and the focus was decent. Got another sample, going to use it on leg day friday. Quad still acts up from time to time.. so ill being lifting pretty light, focus on the contraction and forcing blood into my quad.

Yea it was legit. I liked it.

I set up like im going to bench, "dave tates" way.. just reverse the grip and have my index finger next to the smooth ring in the knurling.

Lol if it wasn't for their bogus marketing I'd give them a shot I can't get past the 6% muscle growth in 10 days though.
