This is round two ladies and gentleman. If you followed out last dual log, then you know caz was on cycle and i was as well.

This go around, ill be using peptides.. for a long time lol sixteen weeks for now, may stretch that longer.

Remember that small hiatus i was going to take? Forgetaboutit. I took my first inject this morning, 100mcg ghrp/cjc and 100mcg hup a :D

PEPTIDES-
CJC no dac - 100mcg 3x daily
GHRP 6 - 100mcg 3x daily
IPAM- 250mcg shot pre bed (this is on back order)
Huperzine a - 100mcg 3x daily

Looking to get extremely lean gains, shorter recovery and deeper sleep. My diet will be at 2200-2400 kcals. With 15 mins LISS nightly (stationary bike or eliptical)

As you know we post pictures and videos pretty regularly, whether its our food, noodz or lifts.

Ill let caz layout his cycle and what not.

Lets get it

Chest and biceps are on deck. Just finished a little three week block of 12-20 reps. Now im back to 4-6 reps for a majority of the lifts, some will stay at 10-12

Like Tyga said round 2 is on!! I just started my next run and it's going to be my first go with DHEA / non-methl PH's. I've been curious to see what kind of gains can come from these products. None of this is sponsored so it's all honest opinion and HARD WORK!! I just started a new workout which is FST-7 and if your not familar with it I will be cranking out alot of volume!! For the last 2 weeks since my PCT has been over This is what I've been taking:

Orange Triad: 6 per day
Flexable: 6 per day
Alphamine: 2 scoops per day
BCAA: intra workout
SlinSane: 2 per day

Now a week ago I started taking 5-Alpha Test from FRL at 3 per day.. Just yesterady I started to feel an added pump and a slight ALPHA feeling at the gym. I'm also going to be adding Alpha Bulk from FRL and 550-XD from Finaflex. So here is what the next 7 weeks are going to look like as for as PH's go and I will continue everything from before except for the Slin Sane.

Week 1: 5 Alpha Test 3 per day
Week 2: 5 Alpha Test 3 per day
Week 3: 5 Alpha Test 3 per day / Alpha bulk 9 per day
Week 4: 5 Alpha Test 3 per day / Alpha bulk 9 per day
Week 5: Alpha bulk 9 per day / 550-XD 2 per day
Week 6: Alpha bulk 9 per day / 550-XD 3 per day
Week 7: Alpha bulk 9 per day / 550-XD 3 per day
Week 8: 550-XD 4 per day

Triceps/Biceps/Hams
Solid workout last night, I think the 5 Alpha is started cause I had an amazing pump and mind muscle connection. I'm changing my entire style of lifting with this FST-7 routine. My lifts are much lighter but I'm focusing on the negitive and mentally connecting with the muscle group I'm working. No more trying to throw a ton of weight around the gym atleast for now!! LOL I watched some Kai Greene video's and he talks about squeezing the muscle mentally, the guy is awsome if you haven't seen him you should def. youtube him..Also now that I'm getting this routine down I added abs again and hopefully if time will allow I'll start some LISS cardio again at the end of my lifts.

Yea buddy im happy as hell with my workout. I love getting back into the 4-6 rep range, get to sling some heavy weight around (for me atleast)

Whew, felt real good to put some heavy weight in my hands! Two shots down, one more to go.. my postworkout shot sucked hefty nutz. That biz stung!

*all day my appetite has been bugging me, stomach growling and constantly thinking about food. Stupid GHRP 6..

This is my favorite meal of the day:
56g wheat tostitos
6oz shredded chicken
50g shredded lettuce
91g tostitos monteray queso cheese

Oh and a postworkout chest shot :)

Looks like tyga put some size on from that MAN run huh?? Nice broham. I'm too much of a puss to be sticking 3 times a day. I love tostitos I'm know to house an entire bag in one sitting :)

Im actually down in weight, but i wont be posting what i weigh just shots of the bod. Thats what we really wanna see anyway right?

Ill be stickin my self 4x a day once my ipam comes in three ModGRF/GHRP and one IPAM.. human pin cushion lol

Forgot to layout the supplements im using:

Creatine mono- 10mg load (just started this the last 2 weeks) will drop to just 5mg from tomorrow until my whole 150 serving bottle is out :D
Protein- 1 serving postworkout
Potassium- 1 pill (dont have the bottle up front of me)
Pre workout- prodigy (for now, when i run out i want to give vpx 12 gauge a run) im huge fan of COP and agmatine together

Tomorrow 4/10/13 will be an off day. My carbs will lower significantly. Fats will be around 120-135g protein will fill a majority of whats left in my allotment.

Today i decided im only going to start with two shots, baby step into this lol

I like both, ignite may be better and I only need one scoop verses volatile using 2. Volatile tastes much better. Ignite also gets better with time. I also think that volatile give more if a pump when ignite give more strength. it all depends on want your looking for. Not sure if I answer your question lol!!

aaaahhhhh those pwos are teasin me I can almost taste em hahah; weird thing happened couple of days ago, I burped and some of the powder came shooting out, couldn't help to laugh at that for a long time. Some great ideas going on here too, might have to borrow some of that in the future as well, stay killin it!

Hey tyga, care to explain your choice in choosing to run ipam and huperzine a?
Im using the ipamorelin pre bed because, from my understanding, ipam gives a low constant bleed of gh rather than a large short pulse like modgrf. The hup a is to block somastatin, which inhibits the gh.
What is a volatile

I've only used 2 products from them the PW which is very strong and the shampoo which actually works.. It definitly has stopped alot of daily shedding even my wife said that she notice no more hair in the tub and I didn't even tell her about it..

Nice, will admit the shampoo does pique my interest. Ive used there hcgen before he upped the price by 75%

I had better results with omega t force and testopro together though.

My bac water is a mix of 9mg sodium chloride and 9mL benzyl alcohol. Got it from mainland medical

Update after second pin, literally took it 20mins ago with hup a (100mcg) 35mins prior to shot. Ive got lightheadedness, mild throbbing around my temple, slight pressure behind my eyes and nose with a slight tempeture increase.

Another thing i forgot to mention, i slept decent last night and apparently i turned my alarm off this morning (i dont remember doing this) from what my wife told me.

Will update as this stuff goes on lol

Been interested in that ever since Caz had it near the beginning of the old log. Profile looks pump-tastic.
