CardioTryx, Epitome, AlphaBurn stack questions...

Few questions.

I do cardio at 6am so I can't wake up 1 hour prior to take CardioTryx, am I wasting my time taking at 15 min pre-cardio? (gym/weights is 8:30am FYI)--- I read this recently about Epitome " The main thing you want is 3-4 hours of separation from your workout (cardio doesn't matter so much) and a few hours ahead of bed so as to not impact protein synthesis." - why is this??

Will also take AplhaBurn at that time..

Also taking Forskholin 95+

5gms L-Carnitine Tartrate.

Have some bulk Baiba

Evomuse Brite.

Stopped taking caffeine and green te pre-cardio a as I think it keeps me up at night even though I take it a 16 hrs before bed lol

Epitome - take pre cardio then few hours later? I read maybe avoid taking around food/protein. Epitome - any stim effects at all?

I eat a Keto-Intermittent fasting diet. I am very lean and been dieting for a while so I think the leptin effects of the Epitome would be perfect for me.

I am around 6.5% fat (underwater testing), probably get me down another point or 2. Then I can hit the beach ;)
 
No stim effect from Epitome. If I lift AM at 5 and finish by 7:30, I dose at 11 AM and 3 PM give or take. If you're lifting at 8:30, just wait until 3-4 hours after you finished for dose 1 and let dose 2 be 3-4 hours later.

As far as if CTryx is wasted without a full hour a head, I'm not too sure. I only use it on days when I'm playing basketball or doing a long dedicated cardio session. I do tons of cardio without it and really like to utilize it for those longer sessions.

Nope, it won't be wasted. You'll start to feel it kick in about 15-20 minutes after you take it. So, drop your dose when you wake up and you'll be ready when you start your cardio.

Bring an extra towel
