Most rice cakes here in the UK are flavoured like salt n vinegar, caramel, choc chip etc
Are you guys referring to an unflavoured rice cake or lightly salted version
Yeah we have that brand here that make oats, how many rice cakes would be the norm post workout, 3-5 depending what is on top of them?In the USA we have a company named Quaker, that makes about 8 different flavors - Chocolate or Carmel Corn are good PoWO.
I just use a half scoop of Gatorade powder I believe it's mostly dextrose. Have I been doing it all wrong for years?
