carbohydrates post workout, your favorite?

I'm using gaspaid glycofuse, I find it spectacular, good gasoline for the muscles.

First I shoot a portion of Select, along with creatine, and beta alanine.
After 20 minutes, 70gr of glycofuse.

What carbohydrates do you use after workout?
 
Hawaiin/Okinawan Purple Sweet Potatoes, Beauregard Yams/Sweet Potatoes, Yukon Gold potatoes.
 
Glycoside if I'm on the go, otherwise some white rice (with sushi) or whatever bread comes with my sandwich
 
Bananas, Oatmeal, Glycofuse, Glyco Infusion, Cytocarb II
 
Rice cakes are always my go to post workout carb. Rice cakes,cereal, and fruit (usually strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries).
 
If I am going to do intra carbs Glycofuse is what I use.
 
Most rice cakes here in the UK are flavoured like salt n vinegar, caramel, choc chip etc
Are you guys referring to an unflavoured rice cake or lightly salted version

In the USA we have a company named Quaker, that makes about 8 different flavors - Chocolate or Carmel Corn are good PoWO.

Yeah we have that brand here that make oats, how many rice cakes would be the norm post workout, 3-5 depending what is on top of them?
 
You could get a gainer/ post training recovery drink mixed with carbs and protein like Gaspari Nutrition's RealMass Advanced or Millennium Sports Athletes recovery (with New Zealand Whey)

or just use whey protein with some fast acting carbohydrates

half a packet of pudding mixed with skim milk and whey
favorite cereal of choice fasting acting
low fat rice krispy's

I've always taken in fast acting carbohydrates post training to replenish glycogen stores.
 
I just use a half scoop of Gatorade powder I believe it's mostly dextrose. Have I been doing it all wrong for years?
 
6 marshmellows in a bowl for one minute

mix a cup or rice crispy's with them,, choco or regular,,,,,,mmmmmmmm perfect, almost zero fat and all fast acting carbs
