Yeah, nothing like home made Chicken Wings and a good amount of PB...plus some good pork chops on the side to tough it up. As long as it fits the macros...just put in the effort and survive it.
Depending on what diet style you are switching from. I went from an all out carb loaded bulk to low carb and the first week was pretty rough. Each day after 3 it gets much easier but damn 6 months of carbs is hard to break!

That is true. Carbs can be quite addictive. Just have to remember to keep your eye on the prize. To me it is better to be sure than short change yourself because it is hard.
