Can't log into site: Error 1020

Since this morning when I try to go anabolicminds.com either via app or tapatalk or browser I get an error 1020. But when I use a VPN it works. Anybody else has the same issue? Any idea why this is happening and how to fix?

The site was having some really obvious problems this morning for probably an hour or more.
Since then, it has been fine for me.

With the issue you're having now, I think I'd let Admin know.
 
My issue is not fixed yet. Can log in or only with VPN. even just pening the website without loggin in is not working without VPN. who are the admins here? if @Admin?
 
You logging in from France?
 
Currently all traffic from France is being blocked by Cloudfare because of a DDOS attack on them last night. Probably another 24-48 hours it will be cleared.
