I initially was going to leave this to PM, simply to avoid noobs trying to pull a fast one or blowing up the inbox of the NP crew but I elected to call them out simply because they deserve my thanks.
Im deploying in 3 weeks and I ordered some goods to take with me. Today I received a 2nd package in the mail. A nice usable carepackage to take with me. Lots of samples. NP swag and most importantly a new gym bag. Im a creature of habit. I've had the same Schiek lifting straps since 1998 and the same gym bag I use now since 2006. That bag is beat to heck and is in need of replacement. Well the replacement arrived today :banana:
I just want to say thank you. I've been a loyal customer for about 8 yrs now and the customer service has never changed.
