Who here is in SD? Who is a trainer?

I am opening a nutrition store with a studio in the back. I will be offering excellent oppurtunities for trainers to train clients on the side with out the coorperate 24 hr / LA Fitness BS...

How much will it be to train out of it? I have 6 clients that I train right privately right now. I just need the essentials...squat rack, some DBs, etc.
 
Was waiting for you to chime in. House gets 30%, have your own insuarnce.

It has DB's 5 -120. Hack/Press combo. Suat rack, cables, benches ect...it's complete bro...
