Calling all test e users

I feel like test prop is useless, because enanthate reaches full effect in 8 days!

Its not useless. Test P has a lower aromatization rate than Test E or C and its very usefull while cutting.

For gator and heavyiron: Im bringing a lot of refereces here, so what are you bringing? Your friend's opinions doesnt have any value, brother. You need to stop to repeat what you read in the boards like its an undisputed truth. If you are confident in what you are saying, post here CIENTIFIC STUDIES or at leat a good BOOK REFERENCE like im doing. Prove that Test E keep accumulating a long a 4+ weeks cycle, but do it using references, not been a parrot and repeating what you have read. Until there, I will be done here.

Nothing very scientific bro, just my ng/dl blood serum free testosterone level concentrations taken EOD for the 1st
30 days of using Test E. Probably would have been more accurate to read about as opposed to having a lab test it for me.
More to come

This thread should be closed. This guy is dead wrong and everybody knows it. It's actually embarrassing to have this **** in the forum.

This post has been nothing short of informative and quite interesting. I can see thru my monitoring of this post, a lot of people have done their homework that is good. But, as we all know, only thru research can we possibly attempt to acquire knowledge. (Keep Building, Heavyiron, Gator, and Unrealmachine have admitted such) (Good work one and all!!!!)The only problem is the realm of (INTERNET) body building is a world without a lot of physical evidence and no one person is held accountable for his or her advice, nor is required to obtain a degree to post information. The only information we can pass on is by, and I hate this “I have heard or I have read” Can we or should we believe everything that we read (I should hope not!!!!!) especially when it comes to AAS use. But then again, you might ask, how we may obtain information that may be more reliable, partisan and accurate than reading. I say and know there is an answer and it is the most simple and reliable one there is. Do some blood work!!!!!!!! To some this may not be a very scientific method, But I like to look at it this way. If I am going to put blind faith into something I am reading, (scientific studies, reports, charts etc) I would prefer to read that information which is on a piece of paper that has been generated as a result of those scientific studies, reports and charts pertaining solely to me by a lab that has run tests on me, not somebody else. To those that say blood work does not matter, think again!!!!!!! If we are truly serious about enhancing our bodies and our minds, this IS THE ONLY VIABLE OPTION. Think about it, the pros do blood work weekly and are advised by a person with an extensive medical back ground in sports medicine. We are hearing that we are wrong for believing those things that are being written and posted on the net, for there is no physical evidence to support it except for charts, graphs and reference materials by doctors. Yet another individual can read a book and claim that he is right and we are not. Once again NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE except charts, graphs and reference materials by doctors. Well, to put an end to it, I did the blood work a few yrs back. When these books 1st came out I too read them and for a short time fell victim to information that I read. I then questioned the validity of this information, Could Arnold, Franco Columbo, Frank Zane, Tom Platz, Sergio Olivia (The heroes of my day, I started lifting in 1975, the yr Arnold took his 6th Mr. Olympia title) all be cycling wrong. I just had to know. I took this info to my doctor and questioned him (He is aware of what I do and specializes in sports medicine and HRT he also weight trains)He told me the thing that is wrong is the time it takes for Test E to reach the saturation point in the body. For only when the free testosterone in the body has reached the saturation point and is maintained do we start to reap the benefits of testosterone. I said but Doc, look at all these studies, this can’t be wrong. And this is what he told me and this is no **** ”Do you believe everything you read” he informed me that I am experimenting in a area that the medical field is just now becoming informed of the dangers and benefits of long term steroid use. But, he did say it will be 3-4 wks before you will truly get anything from the test. The blood work on his HRT patients in regards to their free testosterone levels showed this when using long acting ester testosterone. (And the ester doesn’t matter? Hmmmmmm) But, I was stubborn and although I think at the time it was an insult to his intelligence, I told him I wanted to run blood work to find out anyway. So, the mission began, and let me tell you, this type of blood work is not for the financially challenged. To insure accuracy, I had to run both total and free testosterone levels, each test ran cost $83 for total testosterone levels and another $43 for free testosterone levels, plus $50 for the clinic visit. ($176/visit) I ran the tests EOD for the 1st 30 days after commencement of therapy. The Doc was able to get my medical insurance to cover the 1st wk, but after that, I was on my own. So, to shorten up the post, I will not relate my tested levels daily only weekly. For as you will see it shows the total and free test levels and how they increased. My injection protocol was as follows: Test E (250mg/ml)(750mg/wk) 1ml injected on Mon, Wed, Fri. (All results are ng/dl) Starting base line Total test 985, free 19.7. End Wk 1 TTL test 1815, free 36.3. Wk 2 TTL test 2250, free 67.5. End Wk 3 TTL test 2875, free 106.25. End of Wk 4 I had pretty much hit my saturation point TTL test 3150, free 94.5. What was interesting was that my free test increased by approx 2% weekly (about normal) until wk 3 where it went up 3.5%, but then again dropped back to 3% in wk 4. Tested it again about 3 months in was staying around 3000 ng/dl total and free at about 90. Also, you will notice the largest increase in my total test and free was during the 1st wk . Blood work is critical to achieving our maximum potential in this sport. I have also done it running no PCT and that you do not want to do. TTL test 2 wks in was 12. Yes not a typo 12. Also have run it using high liver toxic chemicals (Anadrol,D-bol, Halotestin) too without liver protections and then next cycle with. And there is a considerable increase in Ast and Alt values without using natural liver supplements (Milk thistle, Liv-52, Liveraide, Etc) Also blood work for cholesterol values using Anastrozole as opposed to using Tamoxifen as an ancillary. Cholesterol levels are much more in range when running Tamoxifen. The only time I will use Anastrozole is on cycles pushing 1.5 grams of test a wk. So, there we have it, 2 different theories on Test E and absorption time. One using scientific evidence backed up by well, all I can say is scientific evidence that was in a book. 2nd theory backed up by scientific evidence and physical evidence as a result of blood work. And in closing all I can say about esters not mattering is that if I run Deca it will be up and running in my system as fast as Durabolin. Have run both and I don’t think so. Just had to get this post out there so as not to mislead our younger members on proper gear use and safety’

Get some reading glasses bro it is worth the read!!!!!!!!!!! Think I put all the crap to rest with my blood work

BBdude, great post, brother. This info you post here are priceless and the way you have writed really shows you are a gentleman. I dont have why to doubt of the veracity of what you are telling us, I just have to thank you for it all, but I hope you can understand if it dont changed my mind.

Im also a big fan of these BB legends, especially Schwarzenegger. I will never say they was cycling wrog, and I never ever said this. They only use a different approach, and its no shame to any side. What happens to you really can happen with you only, or also can be a rule for everyone, but this last need to be proved. I know you have a lot of people agreeing with you, but I have some PhDs agreeing with me, and some of them have coached BB legends too. Did I have bloodworks while cycling? No, only before and after, but I never felt I needed run dbol more than 8-10 days and even get pretty in the 2 firts weeks running Test E only.

BBdude, i have to admit you put some doubts on my mind, brother. Unfortunately, check total and free testosterone where I live is too expensive, but I think I can handle it. For sure, my next cycle will count with weekly testosterone tests. I wont do this to prove something for somebody (including me), but for my personal knowledge. Now, I think we are done here =)

Thanks my brother, just wanted to add a little real life info to the already GREAT info posted for both sides of this VERY informative thread. PM me bro, have some other theories we may discuss

Your baseline Total Testosterone was 985 ng/dl???

That is unusually high. Is that a typo?

Thanks for the post though.

Yes it was high, Have been blessed and cursed by naturally high test levels all my life.(Should see acne problems I have at age 51) normal for my age range is about 780. Have had to use Accutane for most of my adult life

umm have u checked ur liver lately? lol

one cycle of accutane and i felt like i was gonna die at the end of three months. however, i had no acne for about 4years

As a matter of fact, yes. As you know, if you ran your Accutane legally, your dermatologist will require monthly Ast & Alt liver values be tested. Mine always with in range, even on cycle using hepatoxic orals. 30 yrs in the game and I have found many natural supps that work to protect the liver. If you read my long post you will see I run lots of blood work every year. IT IS A MUST

Normal is 780???

According to who???

Your numbers seem way off.

Just from my Doc bro. Upper 700's is high end for 45 year old male. Have u ever tested yours? Is a good thing to do from time to time.

Yes, my baseline total T is in the low 300's. I am 41. I have never heard of a 51 year old being tested at 985 ng/dl baseline.

I have run light cycle doses that had me at exactly 945 ng/dl and that was above the high end of the reference range for total T.

Your numbers are unlikely.

Can not argue with you bro, I concede that your knowledge of AAS and hormone levels dwarf my 30+ yrs. Great job!!!!! You are the man!!

just googled this, dunno about accuracy but should give some ideas

Age Average
Male
Testosterone
Level
15-24 750 ng/dl
25-34 700 ng/dl
35-44 650 ng/dl
45-54 600 ng/dl
55-64 550 ng/dl
65-74 500 ng/dl
75-84 450 ng/dl
85-99 400 ng/dl

Like I said bro, you have been around for a LONG time and are the man!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sure you too have 1st hand experience with reading Test level blood work guys would bring into the gym bragging on test levels as they did back in the late 70's. But, gear was legal back then and no one feared going to their Doc and having it run. Guys would be injecting and dealing right in the gym!! Those were the days alot more fun too!!! Did not have the internet then, had to go by what the big guys told us. But, then again was a lot easier to swallow advice from a guy that you could see everyday and in person (and by his physical apperance) knowing he did actually lift. Were quite a few knowledgeable individuals back then. You are quite intelligent and know as well as I, they are very few individuals on BB sites that actually have a aquired an extensive data base in regards to AAS knowledge. Would never try to get into a pissing match with other members. I just go by my experiences (Which to me are viable and informative in such that I tend to believe and implement this info in my lifiting) As a person grows in this field he will naturally aquire more knowledge and experience. Just as with all things in life, when we reach the point where we feel we have learned all there is on any subject, that is when we stop learning. There is always more to learn if we continually keep an open mind. Remember not all that we read is the law that is set in stone, their are exceptions to the rule. This is true of hormone levels also. But keep up the good work. You will have to agree that posts like this intrigue us to do more research, (That is good) I can almost gaurantee as I write this that members are burning up the search engines desdesperately seeking info on test levels.

am i reading this right?
i assume all those points are individual data points of tested t levels? with the line being the average of them all.
looks like some guys tested 1200+ng/dl. if that is true, then bbdudes 985 isn't so impossible.

I see someone is doing their home work. Keep looking and you will find more!! The problem here is not enough knowlege, everyone is. looking for the average NORMAL levels. There are men whom have levels above the norm, recorded as high as 1500ng/dl. GOOD WORK bro, I am positive we will all learn much by the end of this thread. I HOPE!

The average 50 year old man in this goup was about 500ng/dl Total T. The thick line depicts this average. The thin lines show each individual man in the group. The highest average Total T tested of any 50 year old was around 800ng/dl.

BBdude said he was tested eod for 30 days! (When I get the draw they take a pretty large amount of blood so eod must have been taxing to say the least)

Anyway, like I said before it is unlikely that a 50 year old man would test 985ng/dl. I never said it was impossible just unlikely. I have every blood draw in my file for the last 12 years and I can tell you exactly what my results were under certain circumstances. I injected exactly 250mg of cypionate 8 days before a draw in Sept of 2008 (I was in week 10 of a cycle) The Total T measured 945ng/dl. The reference range is 241-827ng/dl from Labcorp. My doctor freaked. He stated that he had never personally had anyone test above the 600's.

Now I suppose it is possible that BBdude is a statistical anomaly and his natty levels are higher then a guy who is on the gas and it is possible he visited his doc 15 times for blood draws in a month but it sounds unlikely to me. lol.

Keep in mind BBdude was supporting my previous posts to "Keep Building" so I appreciate his support but the facts sound sketchy to me.

First of all, we must clear up a few things. In my original post I commented on blood work being done in the past and then again later stating the age at which this was done. I can only assume that Heavy Iron missed this. Is understandable. Then states he has never heard of any 51 yr old male having a baseline test level of 985, (How many 51 yr males does he know or how many actual hormone level charts has he physically seen) if it were a considerable #, I am sure he would have presented such info at that time. He states his baseline is low 300’s, extremely low for a male in his early 40’. He states that he has blood work on file for the last 12 yrs (Considerable draws must have been taken) and his volume draws were quite large. Perhaps he is having a considerable amount of other tests being performed. The draw to test strictly testosterone levels is one vial (5mls), if I chose to do a lipid panel in addition to this they will only draw 2 vials (10mls) hardly a large volume draw and tasking to the system he says, I would think not. Like I said in my post I do considerable blood work (Frequently) I like to stay apprised of my current health conditions. But, blood work is a VERY gray area for BB sites and its members. Very few people have blood work ups performed, so in turn there is not a lot of reliable info out there regarding this subject. Only that which can be copied and pasted about someone else’s blood work (Not a real reliable source of information) And I have been around a while. I can truly understand about Heavy Irons Doc freaking about his test levels, physicians specializing in family practice medicine only would definitely react this way, the Doc’s reaction to his test levels confirmed for me his field of expertise. Remember, when doing blood work we must find a physician that specializes in sports medicine or HRT, they will be much more familiar and knowledgeable in regards to testosterone levels and be able to give a person a much more un-biast opinion. I do have to remember that Heavy Iron after all is a forum leader on one of the largest BB sites around. But am becoming quite disheartened that a lot of this information he was or is not familiar with. He has to have retained a great deal of information to have procured that prestigious position with Muscular Development. And even more impressive is he did that in less than a yr of being on the site!!!!!!!! And has become an intellectual icon on this site as well in under a yr, nothing short of amazing. I always respond to him with the utmost respect, I only wish the same in return. And as I said in the old days advice was easy to come by and believe, go to the biggest mofo in the gym and get advice. not always accurate but by god you knew this guy knew something to have created the body you see standing in front of you. I liked this personal form of information much better. But, then the internet came along and now we have 1000's of so called experts on the various sites but no pictures to show us how well their advice has worked for them. The excuse of anonymity has now been accepted as the norm and common place (Me being a hardcore old school believer has hard time swallowing this) that is why I post pics, to let the new guys know there are real lifters in cyber space

By the way, where are the old timers on this site, am I the only one? do not see join dates earlier than 2007, I have been around here since 2003 6 yrs
Thanks brothers

you've been a member since nov '03 and only posted 32 times, and 22 of those posts are in this thread.
where have you been the last 6 yrs?

Usually just monitor posts. I belong to 2 private boards. They are much more secure and very reliable in regards to info pertaining to AAS, and also hard to get into

Well, I would be willing to give you the benefit of the doubt even though your baseline numbers are quite high. I read a lot of posts everyday and sometimes there are things that seem unlikely. I have used these meds off and on for 21 years or so. My tenure at MD is only part of my experience. I also belong to various boards. Some private and some public. Most of my knowledge comes from pubmed, clinical trials and personal experience and experiences of friends. I have trained and lived with state level champions and know what they really use. I know various competitors personally and even have insight on female usage in the sport.

Frankly, with your natty levels you do not need aas. But I do understand the desire to use anyway. I have more than 1 doctor and it was my famly practice doc who stated he never once saw levels above the 600's. My HRT doc on the other hand has seen numbers well over 10,000. That was of course not baseline but fully gased. You are welcome to view my avatar or public profile anytime. I will not get in a pissing match of pics but I honestly weigh 246 lbs. as of today.

Since you have such a wealth of information then lets see some of it. Post up some cycles for the lads. I am sure everyone wants to hear what you have to say.

” Why in the world would anyone now be interested in my cycle protocols. You have myself and every other member DROOLING. These are the super cycles and you have first hand info, gear amount usages, length of cycles, and related blood work that these individuals have used to obtain their current or past championship status. I know of no other individuals with such inside info. I have only that information I had obtained 1st hand from 2 state level competitors (there were only 2 competing at state level in the gym I lifted at back then) and the everyday Joes from the early 70’s and 80’s, and we now know the substances’ used then do not hold a candle to the wonder drugs of today. The only claim to fame story I have is I was afforded the opportunity to watch Franco Columbo train and ask a few questions in 1978 ($25 per head) when I was visiting my sister in California. When I was talking to him I was so nervous and in awe that I was stuttering as though I had a speech impediment. But he did give me advice as how to work delts, and have used it ever since. As you can see in my back shot photo I have acquired pretty decent development and definition in this area. All due to Franco (and lots of intense training) So be a bro, post some of these cycles for us please!!!! Also have a question about slin. In your opinion what is best, IM or subQ injections and why. Am new to this one
Thanks, BBdude

I'm on a 12 week Test-E / EQ cycle 500mg of each every week. I'm going on week 6 and I'm up 13lbs and even look a lot leaner.

I didn't start seeing results until about 1/2 way into week 4 and now I'm LOVING it

yo....im on a test E: 500mg/week and EQ: 600mg/week and ijust started week 7 and iam up 15 pounds....

i started to notice the strength and size from the test around the 5th week

~1000 ng/dL :31::31::31::31::31: :yawn:

:31::31: i was 520 at age 20 , 590 at age 22 , that was also my max value i have tested :( :(

i train for about 4 years with on and offs and it takes forever to gain 1 lb of muscle mass (most of the time, no gains) ;(

23 year old now and i have started Test E yesterday ... will do 300mg/week ;) :)

Bro, did your blood work confirm your reaseach? Would be great for you to post it, will change everyones opinions on the use of long acting esters as a cycle kick start. Will no longer need test prop. Am looking forward to your post, is nice to see that somone finally has backed up reading material with physical evidence. I truly hate the "I have heard or I have read" posts. Show me some physical evidence.

BBdude you want to know the real reason he questions you? Just read your first posts in this thread. You try to back up someone who doesnt even understand the basics of half life yet uses "scientific" data to back his idiocy.

Then you come out a few weeks later as a renowned expert that has done extensive testing... bla bla bla. Whats the real truth? Either you were playing dumb or you're playing smart now.

Heavy i dont even want to know how many grams of test you would need to be on to get your levels to 10,000 ng/dl :dead:

About 1800mg would do it if you got tested within about 48 hours of pinning. It will vary from individual to individual but that is close.

This is getting good however, I'm testing this myself.I'm on trt and test e 2x per week. The testim was a fix but with sides. At 55 test levels were 267 and after testim I was tested at 544 ( 90 days on ) Changed to test e shot every 4 days until next blood test.Just trying to set a baseline a little deca would be good....but I'll wait till this cycle and blood test are done.

I have heard to go at least ten weeks, which i am planning to do on my first run here soon. I am just waiting for school to end so I have the time i need to invest in proper usage to gain my most possible of possibilities.

Its your personal experience dude. Im bringing some cientific stuff here and telling what really happen.

Im not saying that testosterone level is constant after day 8, but after that testosterone level wont raise substantially. Its pretty simple dude, if after 8-10 days the testosterone shot was completly eliminated how can the testosterone level raises if you keep the same dose and schedule? In te truth, it is insane.

I cant understand how you start to feel the results just in week 8 man. Personally I see the results in 5-7 days with orals, and the gains keep coming after I stop orals when Im running test. Yeah man, hidrofilic and hidrofobic... too geek? Maybe, but its what makes the esterified steroids half life shorter or longer.

If your going to use scientific terms, atleast spell them right.....

hydrophobic..... Not hidrofobic
hydrophilic..... Not hidrofilic

if you took 750mg/week how do you break that down into cc? Its probably a dumb question but I cant find any right answer on the web.:type:

His test was prob 250mg/ml. 750mg would be 3ml. 1ml is just about 1cc. If hes pinning 2x/week its 1.5ml per injection. Hope that helped.

took 500mgs week for 10 weeks first cycle gained 23lbs kept 14....also on dbol of 25mgs/day for the first 4 weeks
