C4 Gets Carbed "PERFECTLY"..(LG Sciences sponsored)

Took a 4 day hiatus over the holiday and rested up. Been hitting it hard for almost 2 months now...needed some rest. Good early a.m. WO this morning. 3 sets pullups followed by shoulders with dumbbells. Lipotropic & Perfect Carb Shake Post WO then a healthy breakfast. I love the Perfect Carb before work. Nice kick in the pants to get the work day started right.

Chest & Tris this evening followed by another Lipo/Carb shake. I love Perfect Carb with my protein shakes. Adds great body to the drink. Supposed to be unflavored but it sweetens it up just a bit more. But not too much...just a nice clean flavor. Nice job LG!

Side note...weight up another lb. this week....176.

Extra long hrs. at work past few days...but I'm back. Great leg WO on sunday. I absolutely destroyed chest & Tris today. 3 sets regular perfect push ups to start. My reps are up by 5 on each set now. Incline DB flies & Bench supersets (no rest). Decline DB flies & Bench supersets (no rest). Upped my weight 20 lbs. for these sets & kept same reps except for my very last set. Strength still going up. Pumps & vascularity like I've never seen! Slammed a Protein/Perfect Carb shake post WO.

Using my Carbs post WO now because I like the mix best with my protein. Finally ran out of Lipotropic & NP was out. Hit GNC & picked up Myofusion by Gaspari. Nice profile but I like the LG taste better. Also doesn't mix as thick as the lipotropic. But overall I think it will be a good protein.

In the last 2 months, I've had some awesome WOs. And some of the best gains I've personally ever seen. My MMV2 cycle has been nice to me. And I can't say enough about A State & T911!

Go pick up some Anadraulic State & T911. Throw in LG's Perfect Carb to add to your fav protein. Add in some LG BC+EAAs for your WOs! You'll have one A$$ kickin' Arsenal!:head:
 
Another good WO today. Shoulders & back. 3 sets wide pull ups. 3 sets close grip pull ups. 3 sets standing Arnold presses, front raises, lateral raises. 3 sets shoulder shrugs. Nice pumps. Slammed Myofusion/Perfect Carb shake post WO.

side notes: noticed some tenderness & burning in my right elbow...tendonitis maybe?

Only about 3 servings of perfect carb left....final review coming soon. Thx a bunch guys!
