They send you any kind of Pump x3 samples by chance Reggie since you're logging this? Would be really interesting to here your thoughts on stacking 1 scoop of Speed with 2 scoops of Pump while you've still got some Speed.

No I haven't gotten any although I'd be more than happy to try the combo ;) hint hint Marms:)
 
Today was the last serving of Speed X3 Video Review to follow. Trained bis and tris today. Felt a little sore going in but sucked it up and got some good warm ups in and did alright.
