30 minutes of interval cycle training.
sauna for ten minutes.

Felt good overall today. Still coughing alot. Accidentally took nightime cold medicine in the morning and passed out in class drooling all over myself and snoring. Awesome to be off the orals, no back pumps!!! My liver gets a break!!

Weight was 209.5 this AM after i took a dump! that means im up 18.5 lbs. in 35 days, wow.

Started a new bulk shake:
1 cup oats (powdered)
4 scoops protein 102g protein
1 banana
3 heaping tbsp of peanut butter
2 cups milk

I blend this all up and drink it in two sittings. I started making it in the morning since i am getting up real early and don't have time to cook anymore.

It is about the same, i have taken two pics you can check them out on another page i think its 3 or 4. I will take some more pics soon. I have brought a good amount of cardio into recent workouts in order to cut bodyfat and decrease bloating and to just overall get feeling healthy again due to my hamstring injury. I am 30lbs over my bmi right now and i feel really slow and get out of breath easy so im hoping to cardio will get me back to speed without losing muscle.
 
ok guys, getting ready to hit up some chest/triceps today with some cardio and serious hamstring stretches.

It has been really hectic over here the past few days. My fiance found out she was pregnant and that she is way further along than she thought. She was on birth control but that stuff is worthless i guess or i have super sperm, so we are having a boy and i am scared ****less. Gonna have to drop out of college and get a job....or two. **** just happens at weird times in life you know.

Will post more on the workout later. Hopefully will be able to keep this log alive, there are still 2 1/2 months left in the cycle.

Drank codeine cough syrup last night to try and supress my cough, but it made me really lethargic and i don;t feel like going in the gym today but i need to sweat it out and get in the sauna and stuff.

I personally recommend staying in school and finishing it out. I know life will be tough and you will be broke, but the ecomomy is getting tougher out there and the degree will payoff in the long run. Don't look short term because as with lifting...life is a marathon and not a sprint!

Will be hard man but will be worth it in the long run for both yourself and your family. I fyou dont ull always look back and think "What if" could very esily lead to resentment down the line.

Just my opinion but make sure to think it over hard and talk with your family and hers you never know what support you moght get

I was preparing to say the same thing.

How much longer are you going to be in school for before graduation. The work place is getting harder and harder. I worked fulltime and went to school full time without having a child, maybe go part time school and full time work, believe me in the end it will work out alot better for you and your family.

Congrats though, it may scare you now, but it could be your biggest blessing.

I am a CPA and I was working on my masters when my son was born. I worked all day and took classes at night.

Work hard and all the rest will work out.

Just wanted to say thank you for the encouragement from everyone. It is truly an honor to hear form those who have walked down the same road and come out on top.

Gonna get some back shredding action in today, might skip biceps and do them tomorrow. It seems that the DBOL gains have diminished me a bit or maybe its the stress from all of this change that is going on in my life. I am sure my body is working overtime to keep itself healthy even with the steroids to boost me to the next level.

I am sitting around 205.5 which is decent. My legs have gotten a bit smaller from not doing heavy lifts and upping the cardio.That is one thing I hate about cardio, it always ****s up my legs gains and then i feel dis-proportioned.

Will post some workouts later and just wanted to say thanks again fellas.

short bicep routine, got to crowded and i ran out of steam cause i didnt eat pre workout meal.

Some pics soon. Starting to see the top 4 abs with no weight loss! i can't believe im losing fat and gaining muscle like this! Could it be the EQ? I started taking this to bulk....but it's doin something!
 
You said ur slimming down as a result of ending the dbol (bloat) Hows ur strength... Also u said ur gaining muscle, does that mean ur weight is holding as the bloat recedes?

When did you start the EQ mate

man i just now saw your log. when you started we were nearly identical. seeing this makes me wanna start up asap.
i go to planet fitness too. haha. mine here is pretty decent. benches (not smith machines), 2 squat racks, hack sled, 2 leg presses u load with plates. most normal **** n pretty well equipped. ONLY downside at all is 70lb db's.

hows the leg doing?

I started the EQ three weeks ago.
Strength is way up and continues to climb!
And yes my weight is holding as bloat recedes! My weight has dropped a couple of lbs. (203.5) but i feel much more "athletic" and agile in everything, this could be attributed to the interval training i started.....

But! i am still gaining and feeling strong, just have to get this leg working again so i can do deadlifts. I am just gonna start back from square one deadlifting 135 and increasing 5lbs........don't want to stress it.
 
Sounds good mzte. I'm hoping my taking the Proviron will keep the bloat at bay. This is my 4th day of Dbol samll bridge to the XXXX

Did u ever start ur proviron? Working on getting some eq and tran ace off of my vet friend :)

I'm taking summer classes and there are some hot ****ing girls in there. I am all juiced up on test and feeling like a ****ing animal and the proviron just makes it worse. Need to chill before i get myself in big trouble.

Proviron is helping with bloat as well. Drnak a 1000 calorie bulk shake this morning with minimal bloat. I feel the EQ is drying me out and hardening me up a bit but it wont fully kick in until 5 weeks. Rocking the Endosyn 300 EQ

I was sucking the empy bag and licking it off of the counter must have done over 500mg Monday. Had a boner on the entire day and to maked things worse had lunch at Bryant park in NYC man fluff was everywhere

Questions guys. Has anyone of you ever had swelling in or near your injection site the day after? I am having some pretty bad swelling and it is actually painful the next day. I am freaking out a bit because i always take precaution when injecting in terms of sterility.

Feedback would be great. im kinda scared.

no redness or fever or heat from the site which is my right quad

normal. from time to time, even using the same gear, issues will arrise like this. usually means oil didnt go deep enough, u went through a vein/nerve, or shaking too much during injection.
 
anyone know a good excercise for the inner head of the tricep? i am getting great outer head development but the inner head which forms the back of the "horseshoe" is lagging.

everything behind the head hits the long head. Try french presses and seated dumbell extensions and any cable exercise with a wide grip.

reverse grip flat bench, or pushdowns w/ the lat pull bar (love these) those are my two favorite.

Day 39

Did chest yesterday and a concentration on getting my leg rehabbed.

Had some leftover Supderdrol from a cycle and decided to add it at 10mg pwo to aid in the recovery of my torn hamstring.

Chest:

flat bench: 135x14,225x10,245x10,255x6(fail :(),225x8,185x10
incline bench: 115x12,135x12,135x12,145x10,155x10
decline bench:185x12,185x12,185x12,185x12
db presses: 80x10,90x6,70x10,70x10

stretched hamstring and legs out really well and did some light deadlifts, hacksquats and hamstring curls. I can only curl 10lbs. with my left hamstring without pain so it is going to be a journey. Hopefully I will be able to heal it without injuring again.

Great ab workout as well at the end. Did some killer calf exercises. Felt really aggressive and looked extremely vascular in the mirror. Veins are starting to protrude from my traps and delts which is awesome looking.

I have an interesting thread on Anavar that I've been meaning to port over to my log, it has some compelling studies backing thr use of VAR for rehab

4 scoops of the Anadraulic State GT 60 minutes PWO along with 6 oz. of lean ground beef and a sweet potato for PWO meal.

2.5 scoops of Anadraulic Pump 15 minutes PWO

4 scoops POSTAL post-workout

try the lipotropic protein later one got a 1000 calorie shake to drink after workout as well. Chicken on the grill for dinner.

oh yea i dont know what the **** im talking about sometimes i meant it will just help my cycle and strength gains and stuff. Maybe im going overboard but i dunno. SD makes me feel so jacked all the time and then lethargic other times so we'll see. It gives you strength increases the first day though lol.
 
So the LG products taste awful but they really work!

I was impressed with the "POSTAL" product and thought it was a great post workout supp.

I then evolved the cycle to 16 weeks, added EQ for ten, added Proviron 50mg ED, and decided that HCG was a must beginning of week six on through the rest of the cycle at 500IU's twice a week.
For pct i am now going to run Nolva and Clomid.
