Ingredients:

2lb 93% lean ground beef
3 cups all natural brown rice

sautee burger as if you were making taco's, drain any fat (prob wont be much)

Boil 3 cups brown rice (i like to rinse under cold water to remove any excess starchy residue)

combine two ingredients in large bowl. Mix. Seperate into small tupperware for the week's meals.

Prep time - 10 min tops

Cook time - 15 min tops

Depending on how much you use you can expect to have a healthy 25g Protien/20Gram Carb snack. A couple times a day it adds up! Happy bulking.

enjoy!

PS, I like to add a little hot sauce to mine for a little punch!

X2 with the hot sauce...sometimes a little cheese for me as well. Love some beef and rice as a great bulking combo.

Im gona be tryin this:knockedout:

After you've cooked the beef and drained it, pour some picante on top and let it cook in for a bit. DELICIOUS :sombrero: Then add your rice, beans, etc. I prefer the black wild rice, it's got a lot more texture to it.

ima steal this idea and make hamburger helper out of it! with potato and ???? who knows maybe go smoke some then i will know! your hamburger/rice recipe is gonna be in my meal plan!

Been doing this for some time. Only I do add low sodium taco seasoning, salsa and hot sauce to the mix. Maybe some cheese too. Noms
