GOMAD Diet works well for begginners

G = Gallon
O = of
M = Milk
A = a
D = day


obviously this is not the diet for you if you are lactose intolerant


With Basic Milk (150 Callorie Serving 8g Protein) at a gallon a day you will get

16x150 = 2400 callories
16x8 = 128g protein


And that is just from milk, there are other diets out there but the GOMAD seems like the easiest, i am in your class fixing to start bulking

I'm 102 pounds and intake roughly 300-400g protein a day.

try taking a few teaspoons of carnola oil a day to increase calorie intake...

sounds horrible but it's cheap and works


10teaspoons of carnola = 1200 calories

30 = 3600 calories
 
I needs some advice on gaining weight. I way 175 and would like to get to 190...any suggestions???

Also, you have to be smart when deciding where to add extra calories and what foods to use. If you just mindlessly cram down high calorie foods for the sake of more calories, you'll inevitably run into problems. Dieting to bulk, in theory, is very easy. The only hard part comes from having to buy the food and eating it. Eating on a bulk can seem like a job sometimes!

BLECK leave the canola alone. If your gonna add oils use Extra Virgin Olive oil or even better EVCO Extra Virgin Coconut oil and not that much maybe 2-3 tablespoons in a day.
