Bulking up 50lbs in one month.

I've been able to maintain over 200lbs when I workout everyday or eod. I've never followed any regime or schedule, just lift and squat until I'm tired. I would squat every workout unless I really tried to push myself in the last workout. If pumped up I could squat 305 and bench 215. Pretty decent numbers.

Recently I've been fasting and loosing all my weight. I'm down to an average of 150. I want to try and see if I can gain 50lbs in one month. I haven't been 150 since I was a freshman in high school. I'm 22 now, but believe it's possible through muscle memory, supplements, diet, and routine.

Anyone bulked up that fast? The last time I bulked I went from around 160/165 to 200 in a month, but now I'm 150!!!

90% of those gains would be fat. Not healthy, IMO.

Bulk at 1000 over maintenance tops

There was definitely fat, but mostly muscle. I gained shape and strength when I put on the 35lbs. Not shape as in roundness in my stomach either lol

50 lbs in a month, even with steroids, would be a LOT of fat

You can bulk up fast by taking steroid, creatine etc. but this will have ill effects on your body and by the way increasing more weight in less time frame is not a natural so its good to do regular workouts and eat healthy food which will help you to increase your body weight.

Little bit off the subject, but steroids and creatine should not be mentioned in the same sentence here.

50 lbs in a month is quite completely absurd and shouldn't be attempted.

Even with Anadrol and test suspension 50lbs of muscle is IMPOSSIBLE in 1 month.
Period.
Even 30 is impossible. Your body doesnt work that way.

Now...30-50lbs of weight? Possible for sure. THis isnt a good thing though.
Instead increase daily caloric intake by 500 cals using mostly protein and good fats.
Make sure to include some cardio to help prevent fat accumulation.
Youll start to grow from the added 500. When this stalls add another 500. Continue in this manner for a year.

Also..keep in mind the rebound youll get from the fasting is not healthy weight gain. Your body is starving so itll pack on all kinds of fat as a survival mechanism.
Slow and steady wins the race here.

If you're already really lean when you stated to put on that mass, remember that fat will surround your internal organs before it starts to show on the exterior. Visceral fat is the worst kind. Subcutaneous fat will cover your muscle/definition, but that deep internal fat is worse for you.

With that being said, stacking about 4 steroids with a lot of GH might help you gain that much muscle over much more time.

The reason you lost all that weight is because you were fasting. Just start eating again, your genes know what to do. :)

Or like brund suggested if you need it fast, test/A50 plus double cheeseburger extra lunches everyday in addition to the over-maintenance cals you'd already need bulking. 50lbs in a month is doable if absolutely necessary, but it'll be real sloppy.

Whats the rush in gaining so much weight so quick? Are you competing? Bodybuilding is an art form in my opinion and like with every masterpiece built, time is of the essence. Bodies aren't built in months they are built in years.

As much as we may be tempted to judge him, I don't really think it matters why he wants to do it. He just asked if anybody here could suggest how to do it. He didn't ask us to critique his reasons. His body his choice, ya know?

I wouldn't recommend doing anything like that. I bulked up forty pounds in a month a after a competition style diet for 100 days strait. A lot was as water and food, and definitely took advantage of an anabolic window, but def gained unnessesary fat also. I got strong as h3!! and gained some good muscle, but then had to cut it. That up and down drastic weight change is terrible for you. I was breathing heavy, sweating at night, and had joint pains. I felt sluggish all the time and def couldn't function as well as before. However my appearance was huge, i was definitely swole, no question about it. Imo do a slow and clean bulk, you'll thank yourself later. Plus your body cant gain that much tissue in that time. Anything more than a pound of lean tissue is better than average. You can put on alot of muscle with an anabolic window, but this really works post competition after extreme deficits and diet changes. Good luck

I prefer to do continuous recomps. Very easy to tweak in either direction this way. Never hard to cut, never hard to gain. But always looking good.

I mean, if you can show some before pics and some after when you're done with the 50lb in one month thing, I'd believe it's possible. And contact muscletech for a sponsorship.
