I'm right now 190 and i'm trying to get to 200-210 (225 is my goal but seems too large)by August. What supplements would you recommend to help me get there the fastest?

My Diet is composed of Oatmeal, Rice, Pasta, Baked Chicken, Tuna, Salad, Beef, Eggs, Whole Wheat Bread and lots of water/fruit juice.

I was looking for more specifics bro. In terms of kcals daily, on both lifting and non-lifting days. It's good to eat that stuff, but we need to know the quantity

The basics.... creatine(cee), protein, and for me at least No-Xplode. I know some people don't respond well to it but I do and it's one heck of a stim pre-workout. I am an ecto so for bulking it's a 40-40-20 diet.

The best way to gain weight in my opinion is food...EAT, EAT and EAT some more...Supplements do not work if you dont diet right and lift hard...Plus I wouldnt recommend any supplements to you because ur only 16...Protein,fish oil, multi-vitamin and like I said...a lot of lean healthy food!

lots of clean food, whey protein, and throw some BCAAs in there.

I concur about the clean food, esp at your age. By your age I was around 240, but with no muscle tone. Good clean food is the best Anabolic out there. Supplements are used to supplement your diet, not replace missing elements (except whey protein) Keep the protein high, I cannot stress enough how important it is to have at least one gram of protein per pound of Bodyweight!!! It makes all the difference as you look and feel fuller, and your muscles are getting the right building blocks. Also what is your workout volume like, are you only benching and doing arms? If so cut that ISH out and do some SQUATS dig deep and dirty Squats. Squats, the right diet, and the right mental attitude is what builds champions.

If you are not gaining at least some weight every week as is, supps aren't going to change that. If you are gaining some weight, even if its a little each week (as in a .5lbs for example) than you may benifit from some supps. Supps arent going to make you grow better if you arent growing in the first place 0 x 2 still equals 0.

Also agree with the others on eating right to stimulate growth as the best supplement for you during your years of hormonal growth especially. Screw it up by adding outside sources when things are still out of whack naturally and you're just looking for trouble.

food first of all, flax oil, creatine (preferably ethyl ester mixed with powerade), whey protein, multi vitamin, dessicated beef liver (get the beverly nutrition brand [ultra 40s], not the universal-more expensive but its a better product), xtend or ice (bcaa's). that should do you good, but can cost an arm and a leg.
