Bulking, please give input

OK so I will begin serious bulking on Monday, June 6th. I am planning out my daily nutrition.

8am - Breakfast with a Protein Shake using half servings of around 20g of protein.

9am - Workout (Weights)

10:30am - 1/2 serving shake for post workout

11:00 - Workout (Sprints & Conditioning) this will move around throughout the day depending on work scheduling.

12:00pm - Lunch

6:00pm - 1/2 serving shake, Dinner

9:00pm - 1/2 shake serving shake for bed.

I am shooting for 4k calories or more per day 40%/40%/20% from food.

I am wondering if I should buy Muscle juice, but I will go through 2 tubs per month because it has so few servings, but it has casein and whey in it. Or should I just get ON Whey and Casein and put them both in the shake?.. The point is just to put off catabolism. I will have big meals in addition to the shakes. Please give me some input, I haven't tried all out bulking yet so I really want to do it right.
 
Looks like you have a good plan, I didn't like Muscle Juice very much, when bulking I like to just get a good protein with a decent amount of cals/fat/carbs/pro and add in some 2% milk, Flax Seed Oil, Peanut Butter, Oatmeal and Banana, the cals add up for sure.
 
I'd need 2 tubs per month.. which is 120 per month.. what about just using ON whey & casein mixing with milk, PB, and Maltodextrin?

120 a month is pretty $$, I'd rather go for the ON Whey and Casein with homo milk, PB and Dextrose or MaltoDextrin.
 
I don't really like any "gainer" products. They're too big and filling anyway which in the end hinders your gains because you won't be hungry enough to eat. Add some Cassein to your whey or buy a normal blend that has both anyway and add some oats to it.
 
15lb bag of Optimum mass from amazon was like 35$ with subscribe and save. I only use half a serving (still 600 cal, plus milk or whatever else you put in it) and itll last twice as long.
 
Just eat whole foods, the shakes aren't all that valuable. That same milk, oats, pb that you put in the shake could just as well be part of a meal.
 
well I will be eating full size meals so the shakes to drink with it really help to toss in more than I normally would be eating. ON's mass gainer is cheap :) thank you for pointing to that. I am happily on my way now because ON is a stand up company so I think that will make a good weight gainer.
 
Dude, you're going on a liquid bulk?! Geez, I eat tons of ice cream, pb, and whatever I feel like eating. Fat is much easier to lose than muscle is to gain, so indulge bro!
