Bulking like a FREAK with 1-ALPHA

When you are making as may PR's as you are you are going to have some really tough days, that extra load takes a toll even though sometimes it doesn't feel like it... sleep :)

I don't see people doing weird things in the gym since I started with the 6am crew.. most early lifers are serious and know what they're doing..
 
lil different workout today hit the gym at the wifes grandparents house in del boca vista....seinfeld reference.

* best set was a barbell shoulder press 185x8 drop set to 135 for 12
* pump was so crazy today it hurt
* almost no rest between sets today

Weighed in 205 on the button today. Going on a cruise this.week so i dont know how much internet ill have. All my supps are packed and theres a gym on board so ill be killin it while cruisin. Im hoping to have some internet access while on board but if not ill have a big update by sunday. I think friday is my last day of this cycle......so sad

You will be cruzin while crusin ... Ocean gym .. wonder how well equipped it will be, and how the motion of the ocean will effect lifting ...

i would say a oceanliner would be more smoother than a aircraft carrier, and only time we had issues was in rough water. the ballast on modern ships is so advanced in calm water you won't even notice being on the water. we had lots of free weights, but i assume a cruise ship will just have machines, so i don't see it as being an issue!!!
 
Last day of vacation driving back up to mass shortly. Day 4 of pct....so sad. Hit the local Y up this morning for a workout. I got a workout in pretty much everyday on vacation but the gym on the boat was pretty crappy. I really took advantage of the 24hr buffets on the cruise so the diet was pretty much out the window but still not too much damage physique wise. Ill take some pics and have an official weigh in when I get in the gym tomorow or the next day.

Very clean on the presses. You may continue in the increase strength department for the next few days, no suprise. If it continues after that then I will get excited.

Ill be happy to just to keep what ive gained and continue to progress at a normal rate LOL. I made some nice gains on this run.

That will definitely get it done. Seeing that you're using a SERM you could hold off on the AI till week 3 and run it into bridge. I don't know if you have Crea-trona but it would be a welcome addition. I did the powder (4 grams) for the first time this morning and I was a fuggin beast... kicks in right away and a lot more getting into the system when mixed with ignite. I am going to be so fuggin huge come February and beyond. I am so fuggin stoked.

No creatrona unfortunatley moneys been tight with the move from alaska to mass unfortunately you guys some awesome deals on it though that i was hoping to take advantage of but wife said no LOL. Seems to me the creatrona is pretty awesome though from reading the logs

Just throwing it out there as it does give a good boost for a person in PCT.

I have some ignite Im going to start taking today or tomorow so Im hoping that will give me a lil boost as well i know I think ralhs log said he had some pretty nice strength increases from it. Have some bulk mono I was thinking of adding in tho

Off day today we didnt get in till 430am so just resting will hit some deadlifts in the A.M. with my 1st serving of the ignite2
