Bulking like a FREAK with 1-ALPHA

Good point I didnt even think of that. Hmmm contest prep stack???? So many possibilities. 1-Alpha on a different diet would shred me up nicely i bet

550 is a really good recomp product too but the real comp product is Epi-V all 3 would be a good answer something like I will be doing..

deadlift day. diet was on close yesterday 3500 about 250/350/100 but was a rest day so acceptable

for some reason today my shoulders keep squeking too far over the bar during deads. Wish i had a partner to watch and correct my form

Nice work man, I'm the same way with regular deads. Wish there was someone there to watch & critique.

Ya its so hard to find a good training partner. Ive had a bunch but for some reason my friends like to do chest and bis only LOL

well things are going good with them new PR today. Ive been wanting to push it for a 1RM but have been holding myself back.

going for a 1RM makes you prone for injuries. Every time I tried to get a higher 1RM on the bench for instance, I got a wrist injury.

THanks man thats the plan getting huge!!! I was never a fan of heavy flat barbell benching I like incline/decline and dumbells and now that its available to me Im really getting into the hammer strength stuff

Are you talking about the HS flat iso-bench when you say horizontal, you no like?!?!? I'm a pretty big fan now, I'll admit it did feel a little weird at first but I'm a vag and suck with Flat BB bench so I think I have to like HS flat?

Ya thats the one I think. I think im a lil too tall so Im pressing at a funny angle. Ill take a pic of the machine in the morning. Also I feel like it puts most of the weight on my triceps rather then chest.

The shoulder is getting better I just have to remember to warm up properly before any lifting. Ive also been going really slow and just shy of failure on any kind of pressing movement which I think is helping or at least not further damaging it

Me too. I like the idea of not having to run methyls to get these kind of results. Im thinking a nice finaflex stack may be my most of my next contest prep stack

haha I am going to $h!thouse so much food from wednesday to friday its going to be disgusting. That being said I will do my weekly weigh in first thing in the morning tomorow rather then on friday.

if they did they are in trouble...that pan is not nearly deep enough for all the fat. hate to have to clean that oven!!!!

Well just spent the last half hour cacthing up on the last 13 pages ive missed. Got to say I'm impressed. Just picked up a bottle of 1 alpha and a bottle of Epi-v trying to decide how I want to run them. You've got me excited to try them

Funny I recently read an article on not to get discouraged if PRs are few and far between, and you are beating PRs weekly lol.
