Bulk Cissus Dosage For Optimal Effects

So what is the optimal dosage for the Bulk Cissus? Just recieved mine yesterday and I am wondering how much I should take per day. Also, should I take this with or without food, pre or post workout, before bed etc... I just want to get the most out of this so I can write a good review about it. Thanks!
