Arm Workout today
I will say this.......that today has been my best day on this stack. Things are going great now!!!!!!!

Incline DB Curl 45 x 8/50 x 7
2 Hand Overhead DB Extension 100 x 15/130 x 8
EZ Curl Close Grip Curl 95 x 8/10
Planche Push Ups BW x 8/8
Hammer Curl 50 x 9/10
Rope Pushdown Stack x 10/10
DB Crul 40 x 10/50 x 5......Arms are about shot
DB Kickback 30 x 10/10
Concentration Curl 30 x 10/10
Lemme say that my arms were so freaking tight and pumped by the end of workout....wait they still are now too

boom!
Strength-strength is definately on the rise
Endurance-finally today it was up....I felt like I couldn't tire out even when my muscles failed
Side effects-acne has slightly decrease....hunger has subsided a little too
Vascularity-um if 24/7 plumbing like viens is what you are after then this stack is for you

. This is awesome
Muscle Hardness-I think my muscles get harder each day
Weight loss-still looking lean considering all the ish I have been eating and drinking....cookies/alcohol/ice crea/burgers, etc/.....yea, I haven't been too good

Monday it is back to being good
Pumps-today I had some serious pumpage going on!!!!!!!!!
DOMS-They get worse slowyl with each day

That is a good thing though
All in all everything is starting to shape up pretty darn well. Keep it coming babay!!!!!
