Thanks Hyde, I really don't train them but I know every time I do anything hammer grip it hits them. My camera sucks!!!!! I think it's dying on me cause it has never been this bad. My shoulders were so pumped and detailed like crazy, I'm pissed the pick turned out like sh!t

Here's the new stack, today was my first day adding high volume and my shoulders were pumped like crazy! Way more than normal. I think I'm going to up the dose, mr. Forerunner himself is dosing higher so I might as well give it a shot.
 
High volume makes my shoulders scream with pump. I have to keep hanging on pu bar and stretching them. Good stuff!
 
Pretty darn good pump today on that stuff; kept my rests a bit shorter & really worked for a pump on everything - and I got it! Your pumps are gonna be sick with the dht, 1-test, & agmatine coupled with more agmatine, cit mal, gms & taurine!

I thought my pumps were great before High Volume but today blew it out of the water!
 
Pete I just picked up some knockoff captain crunch berry & a rice n wheat based blueberry crunch squares kids cereals for my backloads this wk....thought you'd appreciate that. Also some frozen waffles & blackberry spread. All these foods that are basically sugar that were off limits are now about the only carbs I can eat in my post-window lol Kind of awesome to revisit some junk I haven't gotten in a while.

Also gonna try kale for my daytime salads, so hopefully that doesn't suck. Been using olive oil w salt/pepper but got some macadamia nut oil on the way. All I can have is eggs, meat, greens, & oils til my postworkout meal lol It's working though.

Oh my! Those blueberry crunch squares are sooo good! I used to buy those all the time. That's a good diet, I heard kale is good. I know quite a few guys use it daily.
 
If you lift at least 5x/wk I think it really is an awesome plan. However, my current routine is set up Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat & sat is always earlier than usual since I'm off. So the backload will be by 3 or so sat & then there's no carbs til AFTER deadlifting monday (eating them around 7-8pm). This is proving to be negatively impacting training on mondays. Solution? Eat some moderate carbs on sunday.

Definitely the type of responses we love seeing for the product. We wanted the formula to take your pumps to levels you didn't think they could go, hence the high amounts of key ingredients.

As an Orbit Rep, kind of have to be straight up about things for better or worse to maintain integrity. I don't hold punches.

I like iForce's Hemavol a lot - the flavors are really great & I get a great pump at 2 scoops. But even w/ 20oz water it's reeeeeeally sweet. Flavor isn't a big deal for me, but it's def more than I'd like. High Volume, by contrast, is a very mild pink lemonade that mixes just as well but much easier to pound down preworkout before I head out the door. 2 scoops of High Volume yields just as good an effect as Hemavol @ 2 scoops, but it's much cheaper/tub & has 20 2scoop servings vs Hemavol's 16 at that amount (which is the amount I need). So it's a lot more economical for the same great effect. That's a big deal in my book. You guys did good with High Volume, & I'd buy it again for sure.
 
Sorry guys I've been super busy. The company that I work for said I owed them $8,000 for an overpaid commission. So I've been trying to fix that plus trying to find a new job. I'm also putting in an in ground swimming pool so nice been lining that up cause I would like to be swimming by 4th of July. I'll try to remember the last few workout I didn't post

All that in 20 min! I was moving, rests were none existent and the pumps were awesome! I changed my dosing on the Hard and Mass. From my first doses in the morning through the rest of the day till I go to bed, I take 1 of each almost every hr. So I get about 10-12 in a day of each. We will set how this goes.

No not really, I just did my own thing. Applying the principles in the lifting was a great start, I was so sore all the time!

Thanks, I had a job interview/offer today but it was a lot of traveling and I can't do that to my fam. The job would of been the sh!t, it was a site supervisor/manager for IDG. Large corporations hire them to run on site tool/part/fastener cribs.

It's very tough sometimes! Right now I'm not getting paid from my main job so I'm working for my families business and doing side work for a general contractor plus Xcel. So I'm staying busy.

I want to say that my hunger is kicked into overdrive on Hard and Mass. I eat every two hours and that two hour mark cannot come quick enough! It almost feels like I'm never full! I have a couple pics that I took, I'm trying to remain lean even though I know I've been eating more. I'll post them in a min after my phone gets updating, sh!t takes forever!

I feel like I carry a pump all day long and the vascularity is out of control as well! I really didn't feel and strength increase at normal dose but now since I've doubled it I can tell the weights seemed a little lighter yesterday and today!

I train fasted so I don't take the Hard and the Mass till post workout with my meal so I only take High Volume with Stmaholic pre workout about 30 maybe 45 min max on some days before lifting. So saying that I have no carbs in me pre workout and I'm pumped like crazy with veins showing like garden hoses says a lot!

Yes, those little guys are awesome! I hope they will want to lift with me, they come down with me every morning and hangout while I lift. About the job that I want really bad, my buddy that works there told me that the hiring manager already asked about me! My buddy really put in a great conversation for me and told him that I would be a great fit for the position. He told me I should be getting a phone call soon for the interview! That call can't come soon enough!!!
