My son is here for a month. Haven't seen him in over 2 years due to Navy duty restrictions. The last time I saw him he was 175 and now he's 220 from hitting the weights! Really looking forward to seeing him rather than talking on the phone.

Duty restrictions make me think article 15... You're pretty quiet and well spoken I couldn't see your offspring be a troublemaker lmao. I'm assuming it's been work/personnel related.

That's a huge jump. 45lbs in 2 years is some serious beef. That's impressive.

Must be using wrong wording as Article 15 sounds like prison. He's been stationed in Japan (Sasebo) and only recently moved to LeMoore CA. The 45 lbs gain was amazing to me as well. I'm going to see if he has been "using anything" while he's here. This is a subject I didn't want to discuss over the phone.

nah an article 15 is really no big deal. army and marines use it quite regularly, its how they can make and lose rank as quickly as they do. its a bit bigger deal in the AF and Navy but it turns into potential restriction of duty, forfiture of rank/pay, possibly being kicked out, absolutely nothing more than a slap on the wrist, etc etc. its depends on how much sand the commander has in his pooper that day LMAO.

you gonna be like, son, i know you're juicing 45lbs of lbm in 2 years... c'mon, then show him your stash? LOL. i know when i found my dads pot i nearly sh@t a brick... i cant imagine if he was on gear too.

My deceased friends would be pissed if I wasn't out grillin steaks and chicken... Oddly enough. No booze. It's my girls vice and she wants to loose weight badly. I smoked with her dad and sister instead.. Lmao. Can't say I'm not trying to set an example and help her. Less the pint of ice cream potato and Mac salad and hummus.
 
This weekend was so busy!!! With all the get togethers/cookouts and all the stuff around the house I had to do. I power washed and stained my two story deck! That sucked and took forever. I hit up some chest and biceps today. This morning I lifted very light with not much weight, very high rep. I primarily used the weight that my client is using. I haven't tried to lift heavy on flat BB bench in a long time so after work today I gave it a shot.

I couldn't tell you the last time I tried 245 and I got 6 with no spotter! I think the mass and hard have given me some strength increase! Sorry I haven't been posting workouts for that last 4 days, I have been running non stop! Hopefully tomorrow I'll be back to normal posting every workout.
 
Lol I love how a 6RM is heavy bench for you....I sometimes forget there's a lot of lifters who consider anything under 10 reps to be heavy. Great weights tho, Pete, that's for sure!
 
Really nice job on the 245 for 6 after the initial burnout sets! Beast mode brother.
 
Thanks guys! I hit some back and tri's up today, had a great workout! The weights felt light which has to be from the mass and hard. The pump was insane!!!!! Thanks high volume! I'll post the workout later!
 
I've heard a lot of good about HV too. Need to try it sometime soon.

There were no rests in between sets, one big set.

Since I've been consistent on dosing 10-12 Hard and Mass a day I've noticed that I'm full and pumped 24/7! Strength has definitely gone up, weights feel lighter and I look leaner in the midsection as well plus the Vascularity is insane, this is where the dosing is at. Every morning when I look in the mirror I look great and more defined, it's a win win!
 
Screw no breaks on legs. The few times I went for 30s rests I came close to vomiting, and it took a long time to get used to the 60s I do now.

I was going to this summer at our local show. It's 4th of July weekend. I'm going to the show this year to see how the physique comp is so I have a better idea of what I need to bring to the table.
Sounds like a good plan. Best to be prepared.

Big and lean. You saw my bro pics from the Europa. He was ripped at about 175. He is at 179 now just as ripped. He will do nationals in July and should be close to 182.
