After all the talk about mdrol/hdrol stacked being to harsh, I thought I would do hdrol alone. I have put some serious thought into it the last few days, and with my competition scedual that wouldn't be the best idea. I am going to do mdrol for 3 weeks starting Sunday, March 22nd(today). I just took some pics to be my 'before pics'. I'll take pics every sunday for the next 6 weeks throughout the cycle, and pct.

Mdrol dosing:
Day 1: 10mg
Day 2-14: 20mg
Day 15-21 30mg

Goals for this cycle are mainly strength, but I would like to get about 10 pounds out of this cycle.

If anyone has any questions about supports or anything like that feel free to ask.
 
I'm capping cycle supports in '00' sized caps. Anyone know how many caps would add up to one scoop/serving???

I'm capping them for the fact that the taste isn't the best, and it's much more efficient for me to take a few pills with me then it is to take a whole tub and have to mess with scooping it and all that.

I'm also running cycle supports year round from now on. I'm going to run them 1 serving two times a day on cycle, and I'll use 1/2 serving two times a day while im off cycle.
 
Just woke up and checked my weight. 199.5 this morning. I went to bed last night at 204. I'm going to use 200 as my starting point, not 202. I forgot about the extra water retention I had yesterday b/c of my cheat day on saturday.

Bumping up to 20mg today.
 
I'm pissed I lose so much weight overnight. I went to bed last night at 209.5lbs and woke up at 203... ahhh!!!! I'm going to be 210 dry before this cycle is over.

What do you eat before bed? need to keep feeding the body.

I'm taking in a huge shake. Here's what I throw in it:

Gainer: ~650 calories or Protein: ~250calories (depends on days intake)
Oats: 1 cup
Milk: 2-4 cups(depends on how bloated I feel)
Peanutbutter: ~400 calories
Most days I also throw in a banana or apple too.
Total: ~1500 calories(About-Carbs:185/Protein:95/Fat:55)

It is deff a good mix before bed. Oatmeal is a slow digesting carb, peanutbutter has some good fats, the gainer and milk are pretty much a normal thing.

I'm also taking a serving of cycle supports with this every night. I capped them and I'd reccommend if you don't like the taste to cap them. It takes about 10-15 mins to do 50 caps(5-6 caps per sevring with '00' size caps). If you have the time it would prob. take about an hour to cap a whole tub of cyclesupports.


EDIT- This is not my first PH. I've done epi and epi/mdrol stacked before at low doses.
 
Just got an invite to a contest on Saturday. I hope this stuff really kicks in by then. I talked to the guy running it and there is suppose to be about 40 people signed up already... It's been a while since I've competed, so I'm really excited that I found out about this contest.

Anyone heard about something called the Godden meet? I heard it's some type of big push/pull event with no entry fee..?
 
Lifts are all feeling strong, and all my maxes are up about 30lbs. Bodyweight is up to 220lbs dry. I'm walking around at about 223-225 during the day. That's around 20 pounds gained. The gains were not 100% muscle, but I kept about the same bodyfat and overall body composition. I am a bit bloated looking in my face/neck, but I'm hoping that goes away through PCT.

I ended up dosing mdrol at 10mg for 1 day. I then upped the dose to 20mg for 20 days. I then upped the dose again to 30mg for 3 days. Finished off the bottle and feel really good. By far the best gains I've made on a ph. I kept my calories in the 4200-6000 range, depending on what types of beverages I had during the day.(I normally drink water, but sometimes I'd have an urge for choc. milk and just go drink 1/2 gallon of it) On cheat days I upped the calories insane amounts. I've eaten over 20,000 in 24 hours multiple times in the last month.

Overall I'd give this cycle a 9.5/10. Lost .5 because of the acne on my shoulders and along my hair line.
 
Ohh... When I cut for that competition I didn't eat for about a day and did a bunch of cardio. I made 198, bearly, but made it. I rebounded really well with my weight. After weighing in friday night, I was 212-215 the following morning.
 
I had to cut again for another contest. I was 218 this morning. I'm only allowing myself to go down to 217, anything lower will result in forced feedings of mcdonalds or some other shitty stuff.
