Found some cable pullovers on my phone from pre 'rona: Invalid Link Removed

Since I'm no longer communicable I'm gonna go take a trip to PF for some tanning then head home for some training with my 40 pounders and see what we can do. I just shoveled a gram of magnesium glycinate down my throat and drank 6 ounces of pickle juice so if I cramp up again I'm going to be seriously irritated, will let you all know how it goes.
I have never tried the Pickle Juice thing, but I understand it works!

Pretty light day for me just get in and get a little done and get out. Felt a little weak and winded but not crampy. I think I can get away with doing this a little bit here and there but there won't be any footage sadly as everyone else in the house is still not feeling up to hitting the gym.

Gonna hit some OT today on Saturday and then see about a little bit of back training, nothing heavy or high volume just get some blood flow in there and get out. Will update with the results.
 
Have you tried any other injectable aminos or blends? Like Arginine or monster pump?
Had to chime in cuz that was sick...i remember when i was 16 at the supplement shop, asking about l glutamine standalone, and the guy there suggesting to shoot it IV...i was like man you are outta your mind.

I do like the monster pump and even just the GAC blend of Glutamine, Arginine and Carnitine will give a noticeable pre-training boost.

I'm dragging and sore AF today from yesterday's little training session so there's only one thing to do; max out OT today, shoot an entire bottle of BPC-157 and TB-500 before bed and wake up feeling like a million bucks. Sure, it's overkill; but overkill is my specialty.

Need to get back in the gym and complete the quest to 7 plates a side for 70 reps.

This was from 3 or 4 weeks back sorry for potato quality and fyi the first 2 plates are 100 pounders not 45s so technically its 40 pounds more than 7 a side but whatever.

Think this was 50 some reps.

I did some basic back training today. Wife still sick and my training partner is out of town so no footage. Still feeling a little weak and still have a little congestion but I'd say we're back to maybe 80%. I'm still on the TRT + 150 deca EW along with Carnitine. SR9009 back in the mix, but still haven't added the SARMS again. This may be a good opportunity to simply switch gears once this clears up all the way as I needed to up the dose or rotate compounds anyway.

Pre workout: 20 mg SR9009 IM, 600 mg Carnitine, 1 ml Shredder, 0.4 ml Pyro subcutaneous

Glad the hydration issues got sorted out and you’re getting some work in safely. Just keep it under 100 for now.

So I've got some LGD4033 and YK-11 injects enroute, as soon as they show up I'll be doing 25 mg of each every day.

Also going to bump the deca to 300 as I've seen what injectable LGD-4033 can do at this dose in terms of strength increases. I have a feeling I'm going to need the additional help just to prevent injury.

Yesterday we did a little delts and traps. Nothing too crazy but a decent session nonetheless.

Pre training: 20 mg SR9009 inject, 800 mg Carnitine inject, 1 scoop of Nutrex Outlift and 0.4 ml Pyro subcutaneous

Is that yk+LGD blend from enhancedrx water-based? I was expecting oil and when my s23+rad blend from them showed up the vial says it’s water...not sure what to expect as far as pip

Not sure what you grabbed exactly; the juggernaut blend from EA is definitely oil based.

wouldn’t a water based solution be single use? Only ever used test suspension water based but thought the whole point was it had to be single use and was always in an amp?
 
came off a blast and went back down to my prescribed 200mg test cyp. Felt ok, just missed the full feeling from the other compounds I had ran previously. Definitely felt healthier while my body was doing its reset from last cycle. Anyway decided to add in 15mg yk11 and 20mg lgd injectables daily pre-workout. (5 days a week) This felt amazing. Breaks down to about 375 total mgs of compounds for the week but personally felt like running a gram to me. Thanks for posting your cycle updates and giving me the idea. Im now sold as a fan of injectable sarms.
 
Yesterday I was dragging ass all day recovering from delts and traps. I guess until I'm fully recovered we are just going to have to do one day training, one day off. Slept 11 solid ass hours and feeling like a champ today so we will train some legs this evening for sure. I'm still training solo so I might just get all jacked up on stims and go quads and hams together like the old days.

Does the sr9009 injectable leave you feeling and looking flat or are you able to stay carbed up with this. I saw russos video and feeling flat was his complaint. So was curious

Personally I did not notice as much of a boost in endurance with SR as I did from Cardarine, but I did notice more of a recomp effect.
 
I did hit some arms yesterday but I really hate that I do not have a camera on me to show some of these lifts. Funny we were talking about it just yesterday but I felt and looked flat; it's definitely not the SR9009 as I have been running that throughout, I can see some of the etched detail and muscle quality that the RAD and S23 was carving in has faded since discontinuing use due to the 'rona.

I really like those Incline supinated DB curls; the constant tension by keeping the supination the entire time + staying on an incline makes it very challenging and it really gets the veins popping all over, from the wrist all the way up to through the biceps and the delts and through the pecs.

Saturday we will max out the OT and just do a little home cardio, Sunday we will bang out some chest!

Strength is coming back, cramping is mostly gone and I am starting to look freaky again. I'd say we're 85% healthy but I'm still sleeping a lot and taking more days off than I would like just to ensure I don't overdo it. As I said up front that LGD and YK sure is looking tempting so I gotta hurry up and get better or Im just gonna start the blast while Im sick due to boredom and impatience. What the hell, tren kills covid right, I read it on facebook so it's gotta be true.

Using this down time to run some specials on my Discord for my members and just get some tanning in to help highlight what we've got once we're back to normal. Using a little MT2 to speed up the process of course.

Right now the main issue I'm having besides the fatigue is dry mouth when sleeping. Two nights in a row I had a dream about drinking from a water fountain but it wasn't working, then I woke up with cotton mouth. Had to chug so much water I had it sloshing around in my gut to get it to go away. Going to try drinking some V8 in the evening along with magnesium glycinate powder. Going to hit some delts and traps tonight!
 
Sam’s has V8 low sodium cans by the case for very reasonable...the low sodium has 1,200mg potassium and I keep them around to pair with high sodium meals (like if I eat canned chicken with canned beans & uncle Bens flavored rice or some kind of cheat meal). Discovered it recently and it’s been great. I have granulated potassium but that’s awful to drink or consume in gram+ doses.
 
'Rona update; congestion is down, cramping is gone. I'd say we're at ~85-90% which is good enough to get back on the grind.

And on that note, the camera crew is back in action Monday so I'll have some footage for you guys then to go along with the training.

Swapping to LGD-4033 @ 25 mg along with YK-11 @ 25 mg starting Sunday as well.

I do have some injectable agmatine, ATP and AMP I may throw in to the mix but we're going to try to keep the anabolics low to highlight what the SARMS are bringing to the table.

Reinforcements have arrived. Prototype product from the owner of Amino Asylum. Going to do 1 ml of this pre training today along with my usual plain carnitine and Pyro. Excited to see what we can get out of this.

If the bottles are hard to read, it's 25 mg Glutamine, 50 mg Agmatine, 50 mg Arginine, 200 mg L-Carnitine and 200 mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine.

Started the new regimen today with LGD-4033 25 mg + YK-11 25 mg. Also figured out it was the machine dips that were irritating my old subluxating shoulder so those are now out which is a shame because I love how gnarly they make everything look.

Going to hit back tonight and maybe get a bit more aggressive with weights, we will see, it's tough to decide how hard to go here as I'm still a little congested.

It usually pays to leave a little in the tank and recover faster for the next fight, IMO. Blowing my whole load means the upcoming workouts are probably going to lose some steam. I have to walk the line on the big lifts, so to speak.

No loss of taste or smell though my wife caught it at the same time and she couldn't smell a thing for 2 weeks.
Oh, that’s good. A couple of my family members got it in December and still have taste and smell issues. I’d rather lose a finger than have permanent taste or smell issues. As devastating as the virus can be for some, it’s interesting that others have pretty much no issues.

Is the injectable RAD stronger than oral? And what would be the conversion?

Also, are you using .5 inch slin pins for this? Or the typical 1 to 1.5 inch IM...?
 
Injectable RAD is much more potent than oral from my experience.

I have everything from half inch 30s, 29s and 27s to 1 inch and 1.5 inch 25s and 23s. Typically I use the half inch 27g for the SARMS as I will do 0.5 ml of SR9009 along with whatever SARMS I am doing for the day.
 
Does the RAD need to be injected daily with such a long half life?

Just dropping a quick update here, I'm currently cruising and only running carnitine and other injectable aminos on top of my TRT dose of test. Looking to post a new log after the cruise and hopefully I'll have the new puppy trained to be alone for a time by then so I can get a camera on me and show what we're working with and how we're progressing.

Hope everyone is doing awesome and getting ready for summer!
