twice a day with one bronkaid + 200mg caffeine + baby aspirin. Really do not need more than that for cutting, if you are still struggling then work on diet and eat more fiber and protein and lower fats.

not going to deny i have on occasion used 2 bronkaids with more than 200mg caffeine at 1 dose...but i wholeheartedly agree with the baby aspirin although i remember some debate in the past over it being necessary.

it was always part of the mix back in the day when you could legally buy pre-made eca pills and drinks...it is the a in eca---some guys were saying it wasn't necessary, maybe not but i 'feel' more stim effect with than without.

i think mr.cooper said it prevented sticky platelets or something to that effect?

What do you think of stacking the ECA stack with an Epistane cycle? From a health perspective is that asking for potential cardio issues for someone with no preexisting conditions?

buy a bp moniter and check often...chances are your bp will be high, how high????

i would monitor and if bp went really high i would back off....tread lightly.

Now if they would change it from prescribed only so I could buy it like the rest of you guys I would be set. In the state I moved to it’s prescription only which sucks.

Just picked up some Bronkaid Max yesterday. Unlimited energy and kills appetite! Wish I knew about this stuff years ago bro! 2 questions- Can a tolerance grow for this like caffeine? Also, should it be cycled, and if so, how?

‘Yes your body will build a tolerance. I would go 6 weeks max then take a stim break. You will still get the appetite suppression from it but not the energy. Like everything out there you should take a break imo

Ya that is what I thought. If you do 6 on you think 4 off would suffice or would you shoot for 6?
 
Only side that I noticed right away is has agitated enlarged prostate. Usually urinate like twice a night and went like 5 times last night and that is with taking Super Beta Prostate. Purchased some Helios in hopes that might help.

Sure, but keep in mind since I am taking it with something that Is known to majorly agitate the prostate (the Bronkaid label says do not use with BPH) it probably isn’t a good representation. Just like before Super Beta Prostate I would go 5 or 6 times a night, but with it only once or twice, but when I added Bronkaid back to 5 or 6 and that is with Cialis too which can also be prescribed for BPH!

What’s your dosing plan? I went 3ml for a couple of days. Lowered it down to 2ml for a few days and then 1ml a day for maintenance. I’m on TRT and have used Bronkaid for God knows how long. So I can get some uncomfortable flair ups. You should probably ask the Apex guys but that’s how I dosed it and it knocked it out fast and has kept it at bay. This was 3 months ago and I’m still g2g.

Prescription only in Mississippi and Oregon. Not sure about Hawaii and Vermont, they were considering making it prescription only for a while looks like.

Maybe I will just follow your dosing plan since I too am on TRT and taking Bronkaid. Do you have to take anything additional for your BPH anymore or just the Helios?

Before Helios I was doing 10mg a day of Cialis. I quit that to try Helios. Sometimes I still get a little flair up so I thought about doing 5mg a day of Cialis. Both have their other benefits as well so I don’t feel like it’s overkill for BPH to run both of them. Low dose Cialis is really cheap also.

Well, I actually buy it for my asthma. I don't like to use it much because it makes me feel off for quite a while. I'm sure that's the expectorant in it but with my asthma, that's something I need to clear out the crud. Otherwise I have bad coughing fits that a lot of times make me throw up.

i'm not sure getting bronkaid that still has the expectorant is even going to be a option, the only bronkaid i saw on the shelf is the new bronkaid max...if you want with expectorant you might have to switch to primatene.

Just buy Mucinex and take it with Bronkaid. That’s what Guaifenesin is anyway in the old Bronkaid. You can ask about getting the shot also.

Very true when I placed the order for bronkaid it the only options were 30 or 60 ct

the walgreens i go to doesn't even have the 30 count, just the 60...not that it's a issue, just that it's not a option.

Ehh, I've got enough stocked up to last me a while. I don't have episodes all that often. I tried using it with my pre a few times but didn't like the cracked out feeling. I was just interjecting as to why it originally had the expectorant in it since someone was wondering why it was in there.😉
