I never thought twice about buying bronkaid. I always just hand them ID and that’s it. Maybe because I live in New York and meth labs are not a thing in the city.

I never used Ephedra to loose weight but it was awesome when I added it to pre-workouts WAY back
in the days. I loved it for leg days and it would have me squatting for hours but again it's been so long
since I've used it that I kind of forgot how it felt but I do remember my breathing was enhanced.

It can if u are sensitive to stims. Start off w half tab first thing in the morning. After about 3 or 4 days, take 1/2 morning and half 3 or 4 hours later. Id keep my caffeine intake the same as usual. After about a week, u'll be up to the dose most of the group is suggesting in this post.

I'm stim sensitive but its really easy to break a bronkaide in half. The only issue I have is prostate swelling after 4 or 5 days. If I have formestane, that solves the issue. If I dont, nothing else keeps my pee flow normal and I have to stop the ephedrine.

Im old. BigT taught me the bronkaid trick like 15 yrs ago LOL

as to starting off with half a tab...the new bronkaid max is thinner and more brittle than than the original...it shouldn't be hard to split in half--actually if i'm not careful pushing a tab thru the foil it will break on it's own-i had this happen several times before i learned to be more careful, lol.

This is spot on. The tabs break easy. I take my knife and carve them all out when I get them and put them in a aspirin bottle.

I do 10mg but I’m also on TRT. If I had unlimited Proviron I could do 5mg of cialis. Also Apex Alchemy’s Helios is supposed to help with the prostate I believe.
cialis definately has it's place, but the health benefits of tumeric [circumin] are enormous as anti-inflammatory and immune booster...i can personally attest to the effects of helios on bph, and it is also helping relieve some of the pain associated with my sciatica/arthritis. it's a win/win for me---great job @nostrum420

Apparently it’s great for LDL’s also. I’m about to change Dr’s to someone who works with my wife. So I will be able to get BW done more often. One of the things I want to see first is how Helios treats lipids on something like solo oral Var. I made Helios one of my stables for cardiovascular health so I’ll be on it already. I’ll probably do 1ml for 4 weeks on Var and get BW. Then go to 2ml for the last 4weeks and get BW.

Yeah, I remember using Twin Labs Ripped Fuel Extreme back in my early 20s and it was the absolute bomb for working out. I actually still have half a bottle lying around and it surprisingly still works great. There's nothing like it and nothing ever will be. You could try to recreate it with some caffeine, aspirin, forskolin (which is great for increasing cAMP levels), green tea extract, Chromium Picolinate and some L-Carnitine it would be pretty close though.

More about cAMP:
Forskolin increases cellular levels of a molecule called cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP). Elevated cAMP levels are associated with increased rates of fat loss, and can improve the effects of other fat burning compounds.

Will this keep you up all night from sleeping?
Here's the proper protocol for ephedrine. If it's keep you up at night you're either very sensitive and probably shouldn't use it or are taking too late in the day. When I say lunch I mean 12:00pm

The ideal ECA stack is 25mg of ephedrine at breakfast, along with 200mg of caffeine and 325mg of aspirin. Same thing at lunch. When you first get started, you might want to cut the dosages of everything in half so you're taking half the ephedrine,
half the caffeine and aspirin too. I'd probably do that for the first week. That will get you acclimated to ephedrine a little better
However, you can substitute the aspirin for NOW White Willow Bark 400mg with 15% Salicin which isn't as hard on your stomach as aspirin could be. Although if you decide to take aspirin, your best routes would be either be Bufferin which has antacids in it to help prevent stomach upset from aspirin or Ecotrin which is enteric coated aspirin.

When you first get started, it's advised to use a pill splitter to cut the dosages of everything in half to get you started.

I also recommend getting an at home Omron Blood Pressure Monitor. Omron is the best and it's what all the doctors offices uses. It was recommended by Consumer Reports as the best bp monitor on the market. It also has a really cool Bluetooth feature where you can sync it with your phone and keep track of your BP.
This is spot on. The tabs break easy. I take my knife and carve them all out when I get them and put them in a aspirin bottle.
That's good to know. Thanks.

just pop into CVS and pick up a box of Bronkaid Max and drop a cap with a PW like C4 Ultimate,
Conquer Unleashed, or Quake which I still have in my stash and I'll see if the Ephedra takes those
pre's up a notch in the energy/focus effects.;)

Warning about CVD (Cardiovascular disease) and Ephedrine

I feel I should post this here to include everyone who has or potentially has heart problems that they need to avoid ephedrine. You can even have a heart problem you're not aware of and ephedrine can cause serious problems, including death, when used by people with certain conditions. Ephedrine is not to aggregate heart problems and it has even killed some people who were taking it and didn't know they had any form of CVD, so be sure and get all your blood panels for your heart checked and ask for a coronary artery calcium score. Make sure you are testing for cholesterol everytime, and ask for all these tests recommended by the Mayo Clinic:

You can get cheap blood tests here:

So, we all know ephedrine works, but there are potential dangers if you have an undiagnosed heart disease, high blood pressure, a heart murmur, or other common conditions, So BE CAREFUL WITH IT AND KNOW THE RISKS!

This isn't meant as a scare tactic to scare people away from ephedrine, just as a warning or BOLO (be on the look out) for this and possibility take these precautions, especially the relative cheap blood test and EKG from your GP/IM doctor. You can get further testing from the links I posted above.

The reason I'm posting this is that you can have CVD and not even know it. Heart disease is the NUMBER ONE cause of death in the US.
Source:: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/leading-causes-of-death.htm

The adverse effects of ephedrine are hypothesized to be related to coronary artery constriction, vasospasm, shortening of cardiac refractory periods allowing re-entrant cardiac arrhythmias, hypertension -induced subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral artery vasoconstriction and sympathomimetic -induced platelet activation

You should also get a standard EKG and even consider an echocardiogram that a cardiologist can perform to check your heart for defects, and other problems that wouldn't be noticed by a standard EKG. Further, you may want to consider an Carotid ultrasound to check for clogged veins and arteries around your heart.

The Dangers of Ephedrine on an Untested Heart

Ephedrine mimics the sympathetic nervous system, the part of the nervous system that makes the heart beat stronger and faster. In past experiments on obese, otherwise healthy individuals ephedrine did not raise their heart rates when they were either at rest or exercising.

Sympathomimetic agents may cause adverse cardiovascular effects, particularly when used in high dosages and/or in susceptible patients. In cardiac tissues, these agents may produce positive chronotropic and inotropic effects via stimulation of beta- 1 adrenergic receptors. Cardiac output, oxygen consumption, and the work of the heart may be increased. In the peripheral vasculature, vasoconstriction may occur via stimulation of alpha-1 adrenergic receptors. Palpitations, tachycardia, arrhythmia, hypertension, reflex bradycardia, coronary occlusion, cerebral vasculitis, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest, and death have been reported. Some of these agents, particularly ephedra alkaloids (ephedrine, ma huang, phenylpropanolamine), may also predispose patients to hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke. Therapy with sympathomimetic agents should generally be avoided or administered cautiously in patients with sensitivity to sympathomimetic amines, hyperthyroidism, or underlying cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disorders. These agents should not be used in patients with severe coronary artery disease or severe/uncontrolled hypertension.

If you take an MAOI for depression or anxiety it an be particularly dangerous:

Sympathomimetic drugs [such as ephedrine] mimic or stimulate the adrenergic nervous system, and they can raise blood pressure to alarming heights, particularly in hypertensive patients. Many hypertensive patients are sensitive to all pressors, probably because they have hypertrophied vascular smooth muscles. Sympathomimetics include common nasal decongestants, appetite suppressants with amphetamine-like actions, stimulants prescribed for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and bronchodilators (Box 16-22).

Cocaine can elevate blood pressure by a direct vasoconstrictive effect. In combination with its ability to constrict coronary vessels and to contribute to arrhythmia, the pressor effects of cocaine have undoubtedly contributed to some well-publicized deaths among famous abusers of this drug.

Ergotamine is a vasoconstrictor that is used for the treatment of migraine. In susceptible patients, it can also elevate blood pressure.

Cyclosporine is an immunosuppressant drug that has revolutionized transplantation medicine. Unfortunately, it is a potentially hypertensive agent, and it can damage the kidneys. These untoward effects are dose-related. Hypertension is a common dose-related side effect that is caused by sympathetic activation, reduced production of vasodilators, and increased production of endothelin (a vasoconstrictor). Cyclosporine has renal toxicity; at high doses, the drug causes tubular damage and interstitial fibrosis, and it can lead to chronic kidney disease.

One of the best-recognized drug interactions in all clinical pharmacology is the potentially dangerous interaction between antidepressant monoamine oxidase inhibitors and either sympathomimetic agents or foods containing catecholamine precursors like tyramine (which is found in cheese and other foods). The monoamine oxidase inhibitors block the normal degradation pathway for the sympathomimetics, and the combination can result in dramatic bursts of hypertension. This interaction prompted the common warning to patients taking drugs like pargyline to avoid red wines and ripe cheeses.
Catecholamines are sympathomimetic drugs. Dopamine and norepinephrine are used as vasopressors (antihypotensives). Catecholamines are water-soluble and are 50%-bound to plasma proteins, and are always seen in the circulating blood. Epinephrine stimulates both the alpha- and beta-adrenergic systems, causes systemic vasoconstriction and gastrointestinal relaxation, stimulates the heart, and dilates bronchi and cerebral vessels. It is also used as a vasoconstrictor, cardiac stimulant, or bronchodilator to counter allergic reaction, anesthesia, and cardiac arrest. Epinephrine is used to treat severe allergic (anaphylactic) reactions because it can prevent or minimize the effects of histamine. It is also an antiglaucoma agent.

Here are a few suppplements that can help with heart issues:
So be careful, know the risks, and act accordingly. Best of luck to you all,
-SS

This basically applies to all stim pre-workouts/fat burners and especially the exotic stims. The above is also good advice for anyone using gear.

Hit my local rite-aid drive thru, on the way to the gym last night...A nice chunky chick waddled over and I said “a box of your finest bronkaid, cuz my dudes on AnabolicMinds said it would get me joocy, annndd shredded af” ...Had license and cash ready, put it in drawer. It was simple.

Anyway, 1 cap with about 250mg caffeine & to be honest I didn’t feel anything special.
(Rads’ gotta high stim tolerance)...Do any of you do more than 1 cap at once? Thanx
