I am a broke ass college student trying to do a clean bulk. I had two dream weeks of eating everything perfect for me but the bill went way to high and now im behind on bills and such. I need a cheap clean bulk diet for a 180lb 12%fat guy. My goal clean bulk to 200 at 13-14%fat. then cut. my long term goal is 215@10% I gain fat easily which sucks. So here is my plan so far any help with high protein low fat low carb foods would be great.
breakfast 1 cup oatmeal with milk and a orange/grapes
snack-beef jerkey 1ox is 15g protein 3 carbs 1g fat (expensive wht can i use instead)
lunch- 5oz lunch meat sandwhich on ww bread with tomoto n mayo with protein shake
snack-natty pbj on WW bread
dinner- i eat the 3for$9 lean cusines they are about 300 calories low fat high carb moderate protein (what can i add for high protein more caloires)
POST WO-shake with milk
before bed- casien shake
