Hello,
I am looking to bulk and gain some mass, but also looking to cut before summertime. An idea flittered into my head, and not having any experience with bridging I am not sure if it would be effective.
The idea was, what if someone were to use a strong bulking supp for a four week cycle, starting with a strong dose and decreasing it the last two weeks, while the last two weeks also beginning a cutting PH.
so it could look something like
Bulk PH: XX/XX/X/X/0/0/0/0
Cutting PH: 0/0/XX/XX/XX/XX Going on for however long the cycles are.
Let me know what you think. Include if you think it is possible even if you think it would not be a good idea safety wise, but also include safety because I obviously do not want to blow up my liver.
