bridge for m-drol/x-tren/e-stane/h-drol

i have tried each of m-drol, x-tren, e-stane, and h-drol individually before, but i would like to concoct a cycle that stack/bridge all 4 together. the plan is to bulk as much as possible in the beginning of the cycle, then burn off as much fat as possible towards the end of the cycle. any recommendations?

by the way, i am 27 years old; 6'0" tall and weight 215lb @ 15% body fat. i have several years of lifting experience under my belt.

There wouldnt be good way to bridge all 4 :yikes:

I understand your concern with bulking but running all four would just be a waste of money, anything over two maybe 3 items is overkill. Only way I would run three is with a metyl bridge with a non methyl run the whole way.

Plus, if you tried to diet at the end of the cycle you would just lose all the gains you just made. It is really important to stick to the same style diet routine throughout cycle/PCT and even a couple weeks after PCT just to insure you dont lose your gains. I've made this mistake and it sucks.

Either bulk or cut its really hard to do both. Your diet has to be absolutely perfect to recomp or your genetics have to be perfect which most of ours arent hence the steroid usage.

With your goals this is what I would run:

Xtren: 60/60/60/60/90/90
Mdrol: 0/10/20/20/0/0
Estane:0/0/20/30/40/40

Estane is the only hormone I recommend running after Mdrol. It has AI and anti E properties that seems to help with Mdrol rebound. If you dont feel comfortable running the Mdrol first since it is extremely suppressive you can always reverse them, but you would have more water retention towards the end of the cycle.

Based on your goals I would lean bulk, do about 500 cal/day above maint.

I ran this cycle but substitute the Tren with Fura and gained 13lbs kept about 10lbs and my BF dropped from ~10 to 7.7.

There is no way to fit Hdrol in there since it is best ran at 6 weeks and honestly you would just be hurting your body(even the above recommended cycle is extremely harsh and suppressive). Based on your goals I picked the three that were best. Just make sure your support supps and PCT are in check.

6 week cycle sound good. i'm not starting this until mid-April. before i start, i will be resting my joints up and drop my body fat as low as possible. i can probably get down to about 190lbs. then when i start cycle i will eat very clean and in accord with my hunger.

i still need to look into PCT. any suggestion are appreciated and feel free to PM me where i can buy some.

just 1 question about your suggested cycle.....why do you recommend increasing the e-stane and x-tren in the last 2 weeks?

The last 2 weeks you will be only taking those two componds which will be a whole lot easier on your body/liver becaus the Mdrol is out(very hard on your body) so you would be able to dose higher. Plus I always start off at a lower dose and gradually make my way up to the desired dose just to assess sides and make sure my body isnt being overly damaged. This seems to be a good idea because you will notice most people do this, especially when stacking/bridging.

Now looking back at my suggestion you might run E-Stane at 20 the second week on just because you will be taking in 20 of M and 60 of XT and just throw the extra 10mg of E to the last week of the cycle so you would be doing 50 instead of 40. 0/0/20/20/40/50. Just pay attention to your body and if your making good gains with 40 with some sides then dont go up stay at 40 but if sides are minimal go up to 50. Pay close attention to your BP any time your stacking, especially progestins(Tren).

I dont believe in illegal SERMs. There are quite a few articles on this at PP about how damaging Tamox/Clomid can be.

I also believe that supplement science has caught up enough to be effective enough for cycles. I usually run an AI(Form or ATD), Suppress C(cortisol control), PCT Assist(SERM like qualities w/natty T booster), and depending how suppressed I feel or just to be safe not sorry I will throw in another natty T booster(Blue Up or something similar), I usually run Cycle assist throughout cycle and PCT, but I am considering switching to Liver XT for PCT as even the CEL Reps believe it is better for PCT as far as far as getting your liver back in check.

Remember too its important to take in just as many calories PCT if not a little more to keep your gains PCT. Alot of people try to cut during PCT and you end up losing everything you just worked your A S S off for so make sure you adjust calories accordingly.

Starting a 6 week cycle on Monday. Here is the plan:

X-Tren: 30/60/60/60/60/0

M-Drol: 10/20/20/10/0/0

E-Stane: 0/0/20/30/40/40

Starting weight is approximately 190lb and I will try to make updates at least weekly. Don't be surprised if I gain weight very rapidly as I am about 15lb under my normal weight. Wish me luck!

Although Illegal SERM's can be damaging it won't be as damagin as a SHUTDOWn. . these are two major compounds that we are working with here m-drol and xtren are not to be taken lightly IMO. . .I would highly suggest formestan during weeks 3 -6 and i would look into nolva along with pct assist. . although e stane has anti estrogen properities 19 nor is the real deal. . tag that along with superdrol and well this is a wicked toxicity. . .hmmmm personally i would run the m-drol with teh e-stane. . and leave tren out. . or tren/estane. . i don't find tren/m-drol/estane necessary. . just my personal opinion

you think i might be better off saving the tren for an h-drol/x-tren stack sometime in the future?
 
I would agree as well :biglaugh: no need for all that stress on the liver my friend!!!
 
ok it's settled then. I'll do M-Drol/E-Stane bridge, then do an H-Drol/X-Tren stack later on in the year.

In other news, due to some person issues I won't have access to this website for a few weeks; won't have access to a gym; and only about half hour a day to work out. I will only have access to a chinup bar, 1 barbell (65lb) and a total gym. so my workout regime has suddenly changed to working out very fast for about 30 minutes doing a high volume of pullups, pushups, jump rope, body squats, shoulder press, curls, total gym exercises (mainly rows & flyes).
 
Yea but after your Mdrol/Epi cycle you will be disappointed in the xtren/h-drol cycle... i would throw the xtren i the trash and save the h-drol with another epi cycle.. just my two cents!

thanks! I am flushing the X-Tren down the toilet as we speak.......uhh not really! I'll keep it around as I'm sure I will find a use for it at some point.
