So going modified MD now, ehh? I'm about to start my cut and love my DC but have never really done it full on while cutting. Kind of makes me nervous to try. I know of MD the heart rate stays up the whole time
Ha 10 sec rest for everything??? Your a beast brother. I keep forgetting to throw together phase 3 workouts so I've been doing a hybrid MD style. Throw some more power presses and stretches in but keepin the sets/reps high and rest periods low. I might hit you up this weekend for a little phase 3 help.

We are ridiculously dependent on it... If you take away my laptop I can no longer work, study/do homework, basically I can't be productive. That one small item is so critical to me. I think for most people the main thing is their phone.Crazy how dependent we are on our technology isn't it. An extended loss of power as you felt not too long ago, is traumatic in itself.... but I'd feel lost without 'gadgets'..

I have been doing 8x8 (@ 3-4 exercises per body part) for a couple of weeks.. with 10-15 max rest... Doms are horribly great!!!

New stack time! I'd definitely use the PowerFULL® pre-workout as well if you're training fasted.

Thanks Jiigzz. Beginning the arm session with 5x10 of both reverse EZ curls and rope pushdowns (using 10 seconds rest) starts the process...they get my arms full of blood, then the rest of the workout is "pain" lol.

No gym today, but I did some cardio on the bike this morning.
Pre fasted cardio supplementation:
2 scoops OEP powder
1 cap VERSA-1
2 caps Compound20
2 caps PowerFULL
1 cap AP
1g ALCAR
1 scoop (1/2 serving) Modern BCAA+ was used ~30 minutes following cardio.
I had planned on doing 45 minutes LISS, but got bored with it. My session broke down as follows:
25 minutes low intensity
1 minute high intensity cycles x7
5 minutes low intensity
I finally started the BBB and the 5 x 15 for squats is borderline torture for me lol.
I am chuckling as I write. How is the cardio going Breezy ? Finding a liking to it yet or is it still just a necessary evil. I go like the variety though. Summers coming soon and outdoor running should be fun.

Breezy have you tried listening to audio books or reading paper books on the bike? For years I would just listen to music but eventually found that those passed the time faster for LISS. Maybe even try downloading a training/diet seminar or radio show that you're interested in to listen to while pedaling.
I know what you're going through lol. I've already noticed a difference in how I feel waking up; it's awesome. I actually had and remembered a dream last night as well. I was grocery shopping in a giant warehouse...with my skates on lol. I was skating around while everyone else was on foot...great time lol.

I haven't done either, but that's a good idea. I think the majority of my LISS will be done on my bike at home and any cardio at the gym will be HIIT. I did 45mins LISS a couple hours ago while watching TV. Time went by pretty fast.
I tried T.V. and movies, but I always got bored and/or couldn't hear the show because of the noise from the cardio equipment. Something different for everyone. Try some different things and maybe you'll find something that really works well for you.

AP and PowerFULL were added to my pre-workout supplements (VERSA-1, OEP, C20, ALCAR).
lol, love dreams where I am playing hockey. I can dangle with the best of them in my dreams lol
What is the benefit to using PowerFULL preworkout? I thought it was best taken at night?

45 mintues of LISS. I haven't done LISS in a good minute. If I had my own bike at my house, I would probably do it more often.
