Day 32
Sleep continues to be improved. I didn't get a whole lot, but what I did was solid.
I had 2 scoops of Alphamine, a cap of EP, and some Cissus XT immediately after waking up. I popped 2 caps SlinTensity about 2 hours later before breakfast.
I didn't weigh myself this morning, but I noticed my appearance is looking tighter. I've only lowered my calories for a couple days, so its probably a coincidence. Either way, I think I'm going to be happy with my decision to move towards a recomp.
