Before and after

I didn't take a picture on 9/6/2009 but I did have a fairly recent picture taken on 8/16/2009, three weeks prior to the start of this log, with a 2 lb difference - I was 177 lbs when I took this picture, but 175 lbs when I started this log.

As clean as possible. I purchased the Bobo deluxe muscle building program a few years ago and it was pretty clean, I'm going to try and reproduce those results, except I have an incremental DCI plan using Scivation's lean mass diet.
 
Cool to hear silverSufer! I'm doing the same and keeping track in my personal blog. I started 3 weeks ago @ 180 and I'm up to 184.5 currently. My goal wt. is high, but better to aim too high than too low. Good luck! Oh, I'm doing a clean bulk and cycling my cabs.

What type of WO are you doing?
Will be keeping tabs on this log.
 
I'm using the Scivation Lean Mass Diet and Tri-Phase plan for now. My focus this week is to get used to planning all meals for the week and actually eating them.

Nice gains so far Reevesdiesel, I'll try to catch up :)

Thanks man! Lucky for my my gf went back to Brazil for just over a month. So this first phase is going really well, getting LOTS of sleep, naps.

What exactly is the Tri-Phase plan? Have you taken your "before' pics. yet? Man, I took mine & what a wake up that was! The **** scared me! Hahha

It is sort of an incremental program. The first phase consists of a full body resistance routine three times a week. The book is free for download here: Invalid Link Removed

I'm going as far as this takes me, then changing rutines if progress stops or I get bored :)
 
LOL, that's funny :)

I can do weekly updates, but I've done those before and it gets really quiet after about 6 weeks, that's why I decided to update on a monthly basis.

Ahhhh, ok man. Sounds good. So how's it all goin so far?
HEHE, I'll make this a weekly by asking how's it goin so far every Sat.

Tip for you, weigh every Sat. morning and measure your waist. Make adjustments by how that goes. Cut back, add more cals, etc.

its inevitable to gain fat on a bulk, thing you gotta do is control it. do a little hardening phase if you can to steer off aditional fat while solidifying what u put on. then continue from there.
 
Cool man! You not alone, I'm gaining with ya!

I'm up to 189 from 180 in 6 weeks. Waist went up a little bit, but nothing to worry about. Good luck! Also, I suggest MHP wt. gainer on WO days and EVO shots on the other days. Also, my goal is to be 1 inch less in the waist from when I started.

This **** is FUN.
Work hard and eat alot.....and eat smart.
