So my stomach doesn’t look super great when I flex my quads lol I was a bit bent over, not focusing on it much.
Actually ended up with 18 minutes of stairs and over did it. Blood glucose level ended up at 40 and I almost passed out, a nice dude at the gym helped me out and I got some water and took my glucose gummies. Took advantage of it and took some creatine with it since my insulin will spike again. Also took my tudca and NAC dose.
