One drop of Prami at 8pm, cialis @10mg first thing in the am, and 50mg Avanafil and hour or two prior. It will work.
And make sure AI isn’t too high too.

Took cialis today, nothing changed. Completely broke at the moment or I’d order all that. Honestly if I wake up with morning wood that tells me if I’m exactly where I need to be estrogen wise. We will see tomorrow morning. My libido just sucks and wood isn’t great so I figured my e was on the higher end.

I’d like to add that when my test is higher this amount of estradiol doesn’t bother me, I think it’s the test to estrogen ratio. Figured the winny would have me horny as a toad since it’s a DHT, I feel Epi Andro a day or two after dosing but feel nothing on winny.

Huh.... ya should be better than that. One thing I’ve noticed on All 19nors, is once I start using DHT, I can drop my AI in half.
Another option is L-dopa/P5P which helps I feel.

Used some P5P today, nothing really came of it. End of the day after taking cialis again and I’m having those odd chest pains and cramps all over again so I’m thinking cialis is a no go for a while. This is so weird though... doesn’t feel like I’m on anything...

Woke up, made coffee, pinned 125mg test Cyp, took something for this migraine I have and my other ancillary meds, weighed in at 176.8lbs. How am I gaining weight?! I used my body fat calipers and it says I’ve lost 2mm of body fat on my lower stomach. So that’s great, but I’m not sure how I’m getting heavier. I’m going to take a wild guess and say it’s probably glycogen stores because of the winny because I’m more vascular for sure, just not losing weight. I’ll post pics tomorrow on chest day.

Been really feeling like I need carbs lately. It’s been very hard to time it just around my lifts. I still do but in days like today when it’s an off day, I feel hypo constantly. Blood sugar stays around 70-80 all day as long as I’m smashing carbs with every meal which is wild but then again I never get over 120. It’s been years since I’ve even gone over 110.
This morning I wasn’t feeling great so I ate a smaller breakfast. 40g oats (raw, dry weight), 32g teddie natural peanut butter and it’s literally just crushed peanuts and salt. Great stuff. 2 scoops of animal isolate and water, 2 cups of bones coffee with a splash of creamer and stevia.

So as a general update, my costochondritis is killing me but I’m still hitting the gym. Cardio is effortless though because of the cardarine I’m guessing. Winny is treating me well although my joints are starting to hurt and I’m getting upper back pumps here and there. BP is good, ECG is good, pulse is good, all General heart health stuff is great. Liver enzymes are good too. Going to continue with this until my 4 week run is over then take a much needed break.
The indigestion from taking so many vitamins and ancillary pills on top of the winny sucks haha but whatever I need to do for my health.

Listen to your body. I gave up the strict plan yesterday and at 600ish carbs on my off day. Haven’t done anything like that at all in 12 weeks. Just was run down and knew I needed a monster refeed. If you are in a deficit and carb restricted for 9/10 days, you’ll actually need it desperately at that point. I woke up full and lean after eating that damn much on an OFF day.

I’m likely going to custom make these over and over again if they are no longer in production. Just send them a pic and say “make that again” for me.

Mirror. And keep adding cardio. If you want weight loss, add some T3 brotha. My coach keeping saying scale weight staying the same is progress. Especially when the mirror confirms. Steroids pull massive amounts of water into tissue. Up your AI high for a few days and check your weight.

So my coach wants me to take a week off of lifting and halve my winny dose but still do cardio twice a day just because I’ve been struggling to heal my chest injuries. I’ll update this log when I get done with my recovery!

Figured you guys would be interested in this. This is all on cycle. 1-2 gallons of water per day, 81mg of aspirin per day, 900mg of grapefruit seed extract, 20mg cardarine. Liver values are the same as 2 weeks ago as well!
Odd that the nurse thought my blood was thick yesterday. I was going to donate today but that obviously wouldn’t be safe. Chest is still hurting here and there, doc says the inside of my chest cavity and rib cage is VERY swollen but X-ray and ECG are great. Didn’t really want to do those but she’s the doctor. I guess not letting my injury heal has seriously fu$&ed me up. Just doing a ton of cardio for a while.

I would check ferritin before next donation, your rdw might be telling you are low on iron reserves.

You look way leaner and appearing more muscular too. This may be good for you for a quick periodization.
I had to drop the winny today. I’ve only gone one day without it and already feel better. My joints were creaking and crunching so painfully. My whole damn spine was DRY to the point I had constant upper back pain. Didn’t take it for a day and it isn’t completely better but much more so than before. Still on the cardarine though, liking it. Might throw in some HGH frag 176-191 as well. 250mcg for fasted cardio and training, eat my first meal, then another 250mcg on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before my next meal. Kinda wanna swap the winny out for var but I’m low on cash and all I have on hand is epistane and Msten. Have some primo laying around too but that isn’t quite the body shocking compound I need.

I actually haven’t donated at all! That’s just a ton of water, Grapefruit seed extract and aspirin. That’s it 🤷🏻‍♂️.

@Matthersby I might try winny again tomorrow but I have to see how I feel. It was really making me feel bad. With the costochondritis it was just making it worse but I have 19 caps of it left. Maybe my joints just needed one day off. For the past few days I’ve been pissing like a racehorse. Drink a glass of water and within like 5 minutes I’d piss it out.

First day of the HGH frag, stuff makes me super nauseous. It could also be all the pill based supps I took for my joints though. Gonna dose again in a bit and see how I feel.

Day after a high cal, high carb load. I think I smashed like 3,100cal altogether yesterday, with my workout and cardio I probably burned 600-700cal of it. I did cardio til I felt like puking haha.
Sent these to my coach, I’m a bit bloated. No vacuum or flex in my abs or obliques in these though. You can see my chest is a bit of an issue but it’s starting to flatten out a little. Left side holds more fat than the right. I’ve been told it’s just fat and not gyno but I’m giving a ralox run a shot just for the giggles. Arms and shoulders seems to be getting larger and more vascular but it’s hard to get in a pic at this body fat percentage.
I can tell my metabolism was pretty slow after eating all that last night because I got so hot after the meal that I sweat through my shirt and my jacket.

So oddly enough I get very hypoglycemic after shooting about 4iu of the frag. Really weird. Checked my blood sugar and it was crazy low. I just stayed fasted and pushed through. The pump on it is absolutely insane, my biceps felt like they were going to split my skin open. Wooooooo it’s interesting for sure.

I think you honestly have enough muscle that you could keep on recomping - forfeiting any bulking, and just focus on cutting/recomping and get where you want to with bodyfat. Plus with all the gear/peptides you are using, you won’t lose much of any muscle imo. Your trainer sounds like he’s got you on the right track cause you’re already looking leaner but I can tell you want all the bf gone before anything else.
I’m interested to see how you look by 2020. Keep a log going bro.

That’s what I was thinking. Really staying on the track I’m on now and slowly raise calories over the next few months may be the way to go but not go over 3,000cal. 2,800cal is where my maintenance is so this may depend. Really just wanting to lean out for a number of reasons at this moment, mainly for my wife haha. I’m hungry for a show, I want nothing more than to be on that stage bro, I need that. This is what I want in life to be honest. I’ll keep logging with the different cycles and diets, I think if anything it’d be good for me so I can look back at my progression.

Finally got a good pic of a lat spread but my oats and rear delts were cramping so badly, I could definitely do better. Got a lot of criticism for not completing the pose by changing my stance buuuuut I’m wearing pants... can’t see my hamstrings so no point.
Wore the same **** I did yesterday and weighed myself in just the sweats and I’m down 4lbs but very hydrated. Not sure if the GH frag works that quickly but I’m not gonna complain. Feel very tired and weak, woke up a lot last night too so that’s part of it but cardio feels like it’s dragging out so much longer due to the lack of calories and carbs but I push through it fasted with a minimum of 25 minutes on the stairs. It usually goes 25/28/30/25/28 as far as minutes go and what my routine looks like. Cardio is lower on leg and back days. At the point of the pics they were post cardio, had a quest bar and a banana then lifted, took these.
Feel rough, very very food driven, tired, aggressive and snappy with everyone but my wife. After I cut down I’ll be lowering my TRT dose to 150mg per week just so I can get away from AIs.
So there’s my updates!

Feeling greedy, contemplating adding something to my stack lol. Been looking at DHB but it would take a while to kick in because I only have access to cypionate ester. Well I guess there’s a TD I can get too but I haven’t read about it’s effectiveness tbh. NPP is too wet and deca makes my estrogen go insane. Nandrolone is a no go. EQ takes too long. Not even gonna try Tren with how stressed I’ve been lately, I’d mess around and catch a charge. Epiandro is always a fun one but I want something stronger. Winny is staying on the back burner until I compete, that stuff wrecks my joints and tendons. I don’t know man, maybe not knowing is my sign to not add anything and just keep it pushing! I have cases of LGD and some epistane, Msten, primo in oil laying around but I can’t pick. I am just kind of in this new phase of where I’ve gotten away from this mental fear of gear and just want more. I recognize that so I don’t go overboard. Ah the predicament. When it gets here I’ll be adding T2 at 600mcg a day for a while, I think it’ll compliment the GH frag nicely. Other than that I’m just kind of relaxing on anabolics even though I want more.

I know it’s not the very best course of action for two very small reasons; healing that chest a little bit more, and getting those receptors primed and ready for another blast. I’ve done a fair amount of back to backs this last 2 years and as long as labs are on point I do it, but sometimes with no break, I get very little out of a compound. 4 week break and it’s a whole different cycle. But it’s still better than cruising and a lot of athletes do it via switching drugs. It’s a toss up. If you can stand just a month cruising, the end result will be better. But I rarely do.

I know it’s not the very best course of action for two very small reasons; healing that chest a little bit more, and getting those receptors primed and ready for another blast. I’ve done a fair amount of back to backs this last 2 years and as long as labs are on point I do it, but sometimes with no break, I get very little out of a compound. 4 week break and it’s a whole different cycle. But it’s still better than cruising and a lot of athletes do it via switching drugs. It’s a toss up. If you can stand just a month cruising, the end result will be better. But I rarely do.

I’ve cruised for like 3 months then hit the winny for about 2 weeks and stayed on TRT doses. It’s been a little while so idk my receptors aren’t as fresh as they could be but I guarantee they aren’t desensitized. I’m going to lower my TRT dose to 150mg per week but I’m not doing this til after my cut anyways. Winny. Lowers SHBG just like but not as aggressively as Proviron. Mine shot up to almost 1500 on the same dose of test and free test doubled from 75-100mg Proviron. Winny will undoubtedly do the same. Low test is just better anyways. I’d blast soon if your chest is on the mend.
