Actually I haven't in quite some time lol. I have been resting what appears to be an injury when my 300lb self thought it would be cool to jump rope between sets.

Well it would start with a nice sunrise jog down the beach. Then I would flex my professional sales techniques I have learned working for such a large company. Maybe I would even get to dabble in some social networking, since I currently tweet for an ISP, a musician who is about to start a 75 show China tour, and a clothing brand. Then the other reps and I would sit down for a candlelit dinner and some red wine
