I believe most people diagnosed with some "mental disease" is misdiagnosed to sell prescriptions and crappy psycho therapy, when changing your lifestyle will bring correction to your life. Take care of your diet, switch to a high protein high fat diet; ketogenic and carnivore. Keep working out if you do that. If apart from the gym you are generally sedintary, you need to change that: move, walk, and often. Sit and lay down as little as possible.
