I still break a sweat.. I had to bring the dogs in the garage sunday night and all day yesterday into today. They never come in unless it gets cold like it is now. Wife went sunday evening to walmart, lowes, and home Depot in 2 different counties and they were all sold out. I'm good and so are the dogs.
Maybe a go fund me for some more weights?????

C'mon man....tossed in extra virgin olive oil, old bay, garlic, topped with sea salt!!!! Oven roasted!!!!

My Wife loves them, I will eat a few when she fixes them, but I really do care for them.

I'm the same. I will have a few every once in awhile but they definitely aren't my go to veggy of choice.

I know your a Sooner and All, but have you ever tasted Lousiana Red Dot. Official Hot Sauce of the SEC, you know the real college football. Just joking brother. Spent some good times out in Miami, Joplin, and Pittsburgh.
Lousiana Red Dot is pretty good, but no heat. I like the Grace Hot Sauce this one is the Very Hot version and if you want some heat with the similar flavor and taste then give this a shot!

Got a bottle in the fridge. much better than tabasco. i just like to mix it up. still use the red dot on my eggs.

I live in NE OK. played juco ball in Miami. In Kansas the drinking age was 18 back in the early 80's. spent a lot of time in Joplin and Pittsburg.
Yeah Cholula is a totally different taste, it has a little heat but, but it is not a typical tabasco type sauce either.

I would say you like Olives ???
I love them myself. BOSSMAN check these out if you get the chance, my favorite olives.

Yes sir, been putting this at the top of my priority list for 2019. For me it takes about 4 or 5 days to adjust to a new regimen. First is having what is needed, second is prep in which I love cooking in the fall and winter, thitd is execution and being honest with yourself.
Execution and being honest with yourself the 2 most important things here.

Off day from training today. I have trained the last 7 days. Today is my 3rd rest day of 2019.
Don't know if this is a good thing, or a bad thing. It was actually a challenge for me not to go down to the garage this morning. I had to make my self stay in bed. I know I need a day off here and there. Right now I feel great. Take in consideration, the new nutrition (I'm eating), ground rolling/stretching almost everyday (keeps me flexible/not sore), no lawncare in the evenings or weekends, and spot on supplements.
Keep in mind, this is all still being done with staples only and food. I just recently started using a pwo again C4 and a sample here and there. No crazy stims, muscle builders, test boosters etc etc...

Right now I'm not to concerned about the scale, just going off of the way I feel and the mirror. Of course I will check it randomly, but right now I'm growing. I will continue this routine for a few more months adjusting nutrition accordingly. Trying to increase cals to make my cut easier in the future around April when lawncare starts again.
Another thing that is being monitored closely is my BG levels. This is being done with carbs/timing. I will tell you this, in 4 weeks of monitoring we have lowered my BG levels a significant amount. I have went from 3 digit readings, now down in double digit readings.
Just a little update on what's going on fellas. Thanks for the support
Excellent, isn't it amazing what proper timing of nutrition. and controlling insulin response can do for you.
Must be that cookie cutter diet plan

:)
Well cut my cookies!

Yes..this is correct. I WILL find the time somehow to continue this through the season. I have too!!
You will make it just becomes more about convenience and timing.
I will fix that no problem. I already got the plan ready to go when he starts lawncare on how we can make it work
Very simple fix.
Tada, told you so BOSSMAN

Nice stuff. Great movement, Man I need to go resub to that. Somehow I lost my subscription.
10mg of HBCD lol why?!
It can assist a little with lowering cortisol during the workout, but yeah, not enough to drive anabolism or anything.

You are the man MrKleen73 one day I'm gonna learn how to get all those captions and responses in one post. A month or so ago when the site was doing some behind the scene work it seems alot of folks have lost their tag to this log, as I am not tagged to any of you all logs anymore either. I just go surfing....
My man, I don't know how you did it. But your recent progress pics are vicious. That was what 4 weeks at the most???
Again, thanks for the support. I know I can count on you for insight and knowledge. The Solution has me in a good place right now. His famous words to me "Trust the process "

To quote multiple posts hit the far right button at the bottom of the post it has a "Multi quote this message" if you hover your mouse over it.
Shoot me an email tomorrow or Friday with the last week of weigh-ins. Your BG has dropped a ton, so we should be ready to add more fuel to the fire and keep you growing.

Yes and he is right for sure!!! He has you on a great path and I am happy you are using this time to grow, with your schedule in the spring fat loss is going to be no problem at all and is the perfect time to start leaning out.

Thanks on the progress, the last pics were on the 1st so those were 18 days apart. All natty right now other than 100mg of Test E a week for TRT which is actually lower than usual. I haven't made it to the doc for my new script so doing 100 instead of 150 until I get to the doc.

Wait so long as you aren't referring to the fake same day before and afters that is. LOL Those were maybe 5 minutes apart. LOL
And those olives have my name written all over them!!!
They are amazeballs!

Nicely done, he's looking great with the added weight!
MrKleen73 those olives look awesome!
Oh man they truly are. They are nice and solid feeling too, no mushiness or any of that nonsense you can actually bite into them and have a little bit of a crisp feel. Just sooooo good and 2g fat / olive oil per olive!!!! One of the best ways to get that there olive oil in. It doesn't get any more virgin than still being an olive!

BOSSMAN is getting busy

Fried cabbage/broccoli n carrot medley/ sweet potato / Alaskan cod

Finished product. ...added sea salt to veggies and hot sauce drizzled over every dam thing!!!

How did you prepare the cod, did you crumble it first and stirfry the chunks in with the cabbage or what? I try to do cod but there is something I never get right with it. Ends up a weird consistency with a strange taste. Then again maybe I just don't like cod...

Cooked everything separate first. The cod on a low/med heat in 2tbl spoons extra virgin olive oil. Very cautious while flipping it with a wide solid spatula. 1 flip is the secret to keeping it whole. Layer the bottom of the bowl with fried cabbage, lace the outside with broccoli/carrots. Then chop up the fish to serve. Open up the hot sauce and let'er rip....
I cook 7 days a week in the winter, it's just the dam dishes bro....
Forgot to add...old bay, crushed red pepper, lil garlic on cod

Off day from training today. I have trained ed the last 5 days. Had a long day yesterday. Got my 3am training in as usual, then had MSHA/OSHA safety refresher training for 10 hours. Although I cherish the knowledge to be safe, I dread sitting in these safety meetings. But it's over. They provided pizza for lunch, not BOSSMAN. Went out and sat in my vehicle and had my chicken, rice , and veggies. And felt good about it.
After that, youngest son had a 3 hour volleyball tournament at school. Man them bleachers took a toll on my azz and back. Got home late and because of my food prep on sunday was able to get in a decent meal o the fly to meet daily macros.
Got a good 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
Dragging azz this morning, seems to be routine if I don't train. This 24oz coffee will get me going.
Now gotta go see what everybody fukkd up yesterday while I was gone.......

Enjoy the day off and recover. Hopefully not too much messed up at work!

Actually wasn't to bad. We were actually busy yesterday so they didn't have time to Fukk off.
It's a challenge this time of year in the mining industry. Everything is fozen. It's hard on our equipment and the dump trucks. Freaking water everywhere....
