To some what I'm doing may seem easy. This has been a challenge for me. Some may say WHY? I have went from eating lime a "bikini chic" to straight Grubbin daily.
Went from extreme cardio minimum 6 days a week to NONE! And last I went from buying all the hot products/supplement and taking them at will to stripping down to STAPLES only.
I see the big picture now, if I stick with this new regimen for a few months and remain lean and grow...BOOM...come march/April thrown in a fat burner/true shred supp...go in a small defecit say maybe 500 cal and throw in some cardio...that's when I probably will really shred up...

Won't need any burners if I can continue to get your metabolic rate and calories up high enough to make cutting a breeze. May not even need cardio either.

Good with the scale as right now all I want to do is maintain. I want to be in 200-205 range on 1/1. Then go from there, not sure yet. I do know around march/April I will want to start trimming down into the 190s....

Haha, I'm the same way. Have a cabinet full of stuff that I'll probably never get around to using. I'm basically a hoarder.

We do this and don't expect any gratitude. it's part of being a DAD. (its is nice when you know you did something right)
I have been blessed that my 2 oldest have grown up to be excellent people and a useful part of society.

When my Son got married he had a 5 min. speech addressed to me. I couldn't hold back the tears!
The things they remember that you have forgotten about or was just part of being a every day DAD .

I learned most of this from my Dad. (we get busy and tied up into trying to provide for our families financially as a man). The best part is making time for family. It goes by way to fast.

I am definitely getting stronger ie:
Wide lat pulldown last set 160lb today
Shoulder press last set 140lb
Cable rows all increased weights
I did this today, it was planned along with a banging azz song came on and just made it sweeter
 
Another short story, we had our xmas lunch at day job yesterday. I am the youngest employee by far. I would say the avg age is 50-70. So it's the usual, overweight office guys. I work in the field as an operating engineer. We had bar b q platters. I had 1/2 chicken, 2 sides of green beans, and a slice of Texas toast. Not sure what all the other guys had.
Anyways, they were all tired and full and couldn't finish their platter and ready to clock out for the day after eating ...1pm
Me, I straight dogged my sh1t...nothung left but Silver ware and bones.
Big boss (prolly pushing 400 lbs) says " why is it the skinny guys can always eat the most and still look good"
My response...YOU HAVE TO FEED THE MACHINE!!!!
Felt good to be noticed.....

Does Apple Jack's come with marshmallows now? Or do you just add mini marshmallows on your own? Can't remember the last time I bought one of those sweet breakfast cereals. Must've been in the 90s, lol.

Easy on the stomach and nice to use around workouts for carbohydrates.

As Kevin's calories continue to rise I am trying to use sources that help keep bloat down and allows him to meet his caloric needs. He is going to bump his intra up to 75g, and we will modify as he gives me feedback on his digestion. If you are not absorbing the nutrients you are eating (bloating) then there needs to be some form of food sources that are causing the issue. So far we have not seen any major flaws with what we have outlined,

Until we do we will modify his portions or throw in different sources as his calories keep climbing. I can see him getting close to 3,500-3,750 and his weight barley buding while his workouts improve and physique continue to stay in great shape. He has gone now from around 1,600 calories to 3,000 and his physique has got leaner, and his weight has barley moved. So far So good, plenty of change to come. The more mass and the higher I can get his metabolism up the next time he cuts he will never go below 2,000 calories and need to do excessive cardio.

This is what I was using before I got my Karbolyn. I may go bak to a 1/4 along with my Karbolyn. That would give me an additional 32 carbs totaling 82 carbs intra.
