Final review
Again I would like to thank RenegadeRows and the people over at controlled labs for having me be a tester for Blue-Up and Blue Gene.
I had to do alot of experimentting with this stack to get it right, i guess.
At first I had to change the timing of my dosage. I took blue up in the morning, which was no problem. I was worried about the stim effect of blue up originally, but had no jittery effect of the caffeine in blue up.
I was taking the blue gene before I ate, but I wasnt getting the energy until almost all the way through my workout, into cardio. I then switched and then took the blue gene after I ate and about an hour or so before the gym and it seemed to workout fine.
I did get some headaches during, but soon found out it wasnt because of the supplements.
Overall I would say that both of these are both very good performance enhancing supps which increase strength/libido/endurance, either or both would be of benefit to almost anyone interested in improving those areas.
I saw good improvements in endurance/mood, libido and recovery, as well as improvements in strength. I felt more energetic during my workouts, and didnt feel any jittery effects from the blue up. One thing I never realized or never wrote about is that the blue gene helped out with my joints, no soreness, and made my joint feel better.....cissus!!!
I had no weight gain or weight loss from the supplements
Overall a great stack to help improve endurance, strength, recovery, and libido. I would combine these supplements again. And once again, thanks again to RenegadeRows and controlled labs!!!!
