Workout #8 3/31/09

Cardio...P90X: Just cardio day, nothing exciting.

So ive started to take Cycle Assist because of the headaches, hasnt helped much.....I have also noticed my libidio (ill stop there).

CA may take a few days to kick in.

How's your water intake?
 
During the school year, its not good. Its not like I can drink tons of water and leave my room every 10-20 minutes with 25 students in my class.

hmmm....

I'm drinking about 2.5 gallons a day and my body's gotten used to it...so instead of more often it's just more volume....

i'm certainly know nutrition expert but i don't think these head aches can be good...
 
yeah but cant you hold it until period changes? What are classes every 45 min? And if they faculty doesnt like it tell them you are trying to teach the student body about the importance of proper hydration hahaha
 
I would opt to try to drink Gatorade or the like... like texan said, you should try increasing electrolytes if you cannot drink more H20

I dont know what changed....im thinking that during the week before I work out I have dinner before I workout. During the weekends I have breakfast, and goto the gym 1 or 2 hours after I eat. Also I may have found out why I keep getting headaches.....I needed a new perscription for my eyes :18:

Workout #11 4/8/09......Ive been slacking lately, I have Baseball/Hockey fever

Shoulders
Seated press 3 sets of 8:75lbs

Behind the neck press (smith machine) 3 sets of 8: 145lbs

Ill make up for my lazy-ness this weekend. I usually take friday/saturday off...I wont this week.

One thing ive noticed, Ive changed my eating time and taking the pills. I was taking the pills before I ate and I wasnt getting the energy until my workout was almost done into cardio. Now I eat and then take the pills, and Im getting more/better energy.

From a seated or standing position, hold dumbbells in each hand with your shoulders rotated forward. Commence lift by rotating the shoulders back and pinching the rear delts. Lift weight up such that the shoulder to elbow joint is parallel to the ground and the elbow to wrist is perpendicular.

Yes i would say the supplements are working....FYI, sorry I havent posted in a few days, Im going have to take some time off. I had an ingrown toenail on my big toe removed (yes it hurts) and I cant put that much weight on it, so Im going to have to wait till i see the doc to see what he says in a few days.

Good to be back and good to be working out again. I started using a new DVD and switched up my workouts again. The shoulders and arms DVD was good and tough, i was put through a good workout. I am almost done with the supplements and should be done by this week.

Ive been kind of lazy for the past week (week and a half). My diet sucks, i havent been doing cardio (that much). Ive been slacking since baseball and haockey playoffs started. I still have good energy and my strength is still pretty good. I will be done with the blue stack by sunday. Everything has been good so far, besides the headaches.
 
I have noticed that my libido has increased alot. I look at a picture, or see a picture of a hot girl, i think :hitit:

Final review

Again I would like to thank RenegadeRows and the people over at controlled labs for having me be a tester for Blue-Up and Blue Gene.

I had to do alot of experimentting with this stack to get it right, i guess.

At first I had to change the timing of my dosage. I took blue up in the morning, which was no problem. I was worried about the stim effect of blue up originally, but had no jittery effect of the caffeine in blue up.

I was taking the blue gene before I ate, but I wasnt getting the energy until almost all the way through my workout, into cardio. I then switched and then took the blue gene after I ate and about an hour or so before the gym and it seemed to workout fine.

I did get some headaches during, but soon found out it wasnt because of the supplements.

Overall I would say that both of these are both very good performance enhancing supps which increase strength/libido/endurance, either or both would be of benefit to almost anyone interested in improving those areas.

I saw good improvements in endurance/mood, libido and recovery, as well as improvements in strength. I felt more energetic during my workouts, and didnt feel any jittery effects from the blue up. One thing I never realized or never wrote about is that the blue gene helped out with my joints, no soreness, and made my joint feel better.....cissus!!!

I had no weight gain or weight loss from the supplements

Overall a great stack to help improve endurance, strength, recovery, and libido. I would combine these supplements again. And once again, thanks again to RenegadeRows and controlled labs!!!!
