P-Slin Experiment
Day 7(Feb 25)
Meal
-Well i realized today i miscalculated my p-slin meal, but it was only by 10 carbs. I was shooting for 110 like the past couple doses, but only had 100, w/e no big deal.
-Meal was 750 calories and i increased the amount of cheerios and decreased the amount of oats to see if adding more simple carbs caused any different effect
Workout
-Ok today was a arm workout, with two giant sets. First was decline close grip bench(flaring elbows out), wide grip curls, and DB tricep extensions. With the second giant set being close grip weighted pull ups, weighted dips, and cable curls.
-The pump was HUGE...one of those i can not take my shirt off after lifting type pumps. I had to take a 10 minute break in between the two different giant sets to do abs because the pump was so big it was interfering with range of motion.
-I do not like pumps that are too big so I will be dropping GlycerGrow after this week to evaluate just P-slin on the pump.
-Endurance was great once again. Any barbell pressing exercise is usually hard on me(don't know why..) and i tend to lose endurance on them pretty quick, but i stayed at the same amount of reps for all 4 sets! I was impressed because i was able to push through and get extra reps.
-This also occurred on most of the other exercises. The only time i have felt this kind of ability to push through has been on beta-alanine, but this was slightly different as it was also easier on lower rep sets. I think the p-slin is increasing the effects of my creatine..
-Bodyweight was at 170lbs
-I am also on my 4th day of the USP Beta testbooster and noted some increased aggression today and alpha male mentality when some1 decided to take a machine i had clearly marked and just left to get a drink!!
