I like to take 1Pslin with morning meal on off days.

yea i will probably move into something like this as my calories pick up, once my nutraplanet order comes in this week i probably will(i got some more p-slin and AP so now my stash is ever increasing :lol:)
 
P-Slin Experiment
Day 6(Feb 24)

Daily Notes
-Well today was an off day and i did not take any P-slin, but starting tomorrow i will be taking it every day.
-Diet was good today and pretty close to on point.
-Busy all day reading a whole book, writing a paper, and studying for an exam.
-Muscle fullness was pretty good today.
-Not much else happened today so it was a rather uneventful day :(
-Can't wait to lift tomorrow
 
P-Slin Experiment
Day 7(Feb 25)

Meal
-Well i realized today i miscalculated my p-slin meal, but it was only by 10 carbs. I was shooting for 110 like the past couple doses, but only had 100, w/e no big deal.
-Meal was 750 calories and i increased the amount of cheerios and decreased the amount of oats to see if adding more simple carbs caused any different effect​

Workout
-Ok today was a arm workout, with two giant sets. First was decline close grip bench(flaring elbows out), wide grip curls, and DB tricep extensions. With the second giant set being close grip weighted pull ups, weighted dips, and cable curls.
-The pump was HUGE...one of those i can not take my shirt off after lifting type pumps. I had to take a 10 minute break in between the two different giant sets to do abs because the pump was so big it was interfering with range of motion.
-I do not like pumps that are too big so I will be dropping GlycerGrow after this week to evaluate just P-slin on the pump.
-Endurance was great once again. Any barbell pressing exercise is usually hard on me(don't know why..) and i tend to lose endurance on them pretty quick, but i stayed at the same amount of reps for all 4 sets! I was impressed because i was able to push through and get extra reps.
-This also occurred on most of the other exercises. The only time i have felt this kind of ability to push through has been on beta-alanine, but this was slightly different as it was also easier on lower rep sets. I think the p-slin is increasing the effects of my creatine..
-Bodyweight was at 170lbs
-I am also on my 4th day of the USP Beta testbooster and noted some increased aggression today and alpha male mentality when some1 decided to take a machine i had clearly marked and just left to get a drink!! :mad:

The New test booster should make you want to destroy the weights with a controlled aggression; you will attack the last 2-3 reps; strength should start steadily climbing and around day 21 on the beta product. The resutls should hit you like a ton of bricks..Like holy sh!t, I am strong and on top of the world.

Dude loving this log man, solid work. Quick question (I read through the log but may have missed it) but how are you dosing the new Test Booster? Is it just with your p-slin dosages before you workout or are you just spreading it out throughout the day?

I was instructed to take 2 pills with breakfast and 2 pills with a meal 6-8 hours later in the day with a meal with an adequate amount of fat. So yea i take it in the morning and then with my 4th meal of the day.

Daily update

-Ok I still have a decent pump from todays workout which feels great. Just a nice extra blood flow.
-Starting to get a little tight and soreness beginning in the arms...which is really nice because i normally don't get sore in my bi's at all.
-Still got a great full feeling in all my muscles
-Feeling real good and still really lean.
-Meals going according to plan like outlined, just finished a delicious bowl of cottage cheese and peanut butter, idk why but that never seems to get old for me.
-Can't wait to lift tomorrow!

-Ok so my nutraplanet order should be here tomorrow, i hope, so i will be adding in intrabolic and some ba starting wednesday most likely. I also received my greenmag today, but do not know exactly how or when i will dose it..if any one has any ideas thats cool, i was thinking just taking it when i normally take my Creatine mono(with p-slin preworkout, and ap postworkout) or maybe mixing it with the intrabolic...hmm who knows lol also will be getting some WMS so i will begin to experiment with some of that soon as well.​

Day 8(Feb 26)

Meal
-Today's p-slin was taken with the second meal of the day consisting of ~110grams carbs from oats, cheerios, and honey nut cheerios.
-Taken 1.5 hours pre-workout​

Workout
-Today was quads and i had a very productive workout.
-Pump was great and my legs were toast by the end, it was hard to walk back to my dorm...
-The endurance was once again very impressive, as well as the ability to push through some reps, especially squats and hack squats
-I believe the p-slin is kicked in full throttle and timing and carbs are pretty much perfect.
-The endurance makes it so i can stay in the gym longer than i used to be able to, so i am gonna fully kick up intensity after this midterm week.
-Added Green Mag in place of my normal creatine mono, and do not really expect much difference other than some extra possible cell volumization due to added taurine and creatine absorption(i am still a firm believer that CM is the only creatine you really need, but maybe this will prove me wrong...) and o yea the taste is amazing, much better than the sample i got so maybe my sample was garbage or something:lol:

Daily Notes
-Muscle hardness still about the same, so thats doing great.
-Noticing some leaning out in the shoulder region and muscles looking "fuller", just slightly but i notice it.
-Hoping my nutra order gets delivered today(dumb university mail room is srry)
-I really can't wait to get my spring break so i can train with my friend and actually get to cook my own food again!
-Triceps are pretty sore, but they are already feeling better than when i woke up, so recovery is moving pretty fast


-O yea also wanted to mention when i go home for spring break ima try and get some pre and post p-slin meal pics and maybe a post workout pic to give an idea of the insane pump i am getting...

Man this has been an awesome combine to watch. By far the most impressive thing/athlete I saw was Vernon Gholston. A 4.64 40 and 37 bench reps was impressive as hell. A lot of people have Long as the number 1 but I would shoot Gholston over him after that. Running backs were ridiculous as expected and probably the best class in a long time. Chris Johnson was basically a bolt of lighting in the 40. Jake Long was absurdly built too, not just a blob of mass but seems like every aspect of his build is made for football. I was bummed Ryan waited for his pro day but I guess others stepped up a bit.

Also judging from your name I'm assuming your a Chargers fan? Being a Broncos fan I can say were both looking at the Chiefs and Raiders in front of us with early picks (well when aren't the raiders in front of us?)

dang i knew this was gonna happen...ppl assume ima chargers fan cuz of the name. I actually chose it due more to other factors, and am actually a raiders fan, and i see what u did there about us always being ahead of you in picks!!!(lol yea its hard times right now...). i will say tho that LT is my favorite player in the league...

IYea man the Broncos aren't doing all that much better. I couldn't honestly hate the chargers any more (LT is the only player I do respect, Merriman and Rivers are jokes to me.)

I actually thought Chris Long would be the fastest but not by that much (he makes Reggie Bush look like a Giant so I don't even know why hes in the rb group..) McFadden and Aldridge were a toss up but McFadden I guess really solidified his stature (I have him going to the Raiders in my mock.) I use to really marvel at Vernon Davis as an athlete but his attitude is a *****, Gholston is this years Vernon Davis for me (athletically speaking.)

I should be studying for exams right now, but a year off before school has its perks :D
 
haha yeaaa i second alot of your feelings about what u said. I have some friends who have chilled with Chris Long and they say hes a pretty good guy so i hope he has a great career. Yea i dont really like many players on the chargers, hope no1 else continues to think ima chargers fan.......but yea i hope the raiders do something productive with our pick this year.....

you're right, we do use a lot of the same exercises, very similar on a lot of things (except you get to eat a bit more than me). man, wish i could run this stuff on that amount of food.

-I added intrabolic during my workout today, check my review in the AEN subforum for more info on it..
-I had a very very good back workout today. I was very impressed with the full feeling i got all throughout my back that is usually hard for me to obtain. This made mind-muscle connection very clear.
-Strength was really good as well as endurance on every single exercise, i am feeling great with this very nice surplus of cals i am taking in.
-Today i did Weighted Chin ups, Wide-Grip T-bar Rows, Seated DB Shrugs, Lat Pulls, and Seated Hammer Rows.
-I can not emphasize how good i felt in the gym, pump, intensity, and well being was great!

Daily Notes
-Woke up with pretty sore quads from blasting them yesterday, but by the end of the workout they have seemed to become less sore, very nice recovery.
-Still looking solid, very full appearance.
-Taking in all these carbs with out becoming bloated and gaining fat is amazing :food:
-The only thing upsetting me is all this studying and writing for classes before spring break! ugh
-Can not wait to be done and i am starting to pick up the workout load and intensity so every1 better watch out :bb3:​

-No workout today..but i will be heading to the gym to do some cardio, probably not HIIT today just some light jogging and a lot of stetching.

Daily Notes
-Well my back is pretty sore, but not as bad as i was expecting :thumbsup:
-My biceps are slightly sore, which is really weird because yesterday they did not get worked very much at all in my rowing as i had a great mind muscle connection with my back and i hardly get sore when i directly train them :wtf:
-Legs are still sore, nothing too bad but still some nagging soreness
-My forearm was bugging out yesterday and it was angering me but no problems so far today.
-Still looking incredibly lean for how many carbs i am taking in
-If i don't put on much fat on this bulk my cut with Recreate is not gonna be much of a challenge :rofl:
-On that note i plan to cut pretty hard this year and evaluate my weaknesses to see what i need to work on and hopefully prepare to compete in the next couple of years​

i wouldn't worry about the sore biceps. i'm sure you are very conscientious in keeping the mind/muscle connection (i didn't learn about that until my mid-20's btw) but sometimes when we hit the back hard like that, it happens man. just a byproduct of workin that back good, you're so tense w/ the effort, the bi's take on some of the effort anyway.

yeaaa in truth i never cuss but i do say WTF(actually saying the letters not the words and yes i am a loser..) :rofl:

yea the bicep thing wasn't too big of a deal its just kinda interesting to me, especially because they did not get a massive pump, but i do not believe pump=direct muscle growth, it helps but is not necessary..

Beta Test Booster Impressions 1 week
Yea ive been on the test booster for a whole week now and i feel its really kicking in. I am not a person who gets angry alot..
-Things i have noticed so far include slight increases in libido and wood(im young so its not like i need help..), increase in restful sleep(more rested on less sleep), and some alpha male feelings.
-I believe its beginning to give me an increase in muscle "density", like when i used Activate Extreme my muscles are not larger but feel harder.
-Finally, i am normally a competitive person, but i think this is amplifying this feeling. I am feeling competitive in literally everything i do, like today on an exam some1 beat me by 1 point and i was real angry....lol
-So all in all this things are slightly increasing and i am not saying insane results are being achieved, but i can tell a difference...these next few weeks should be interesting :cheers:

Updated Cardio Notes
-Ok so i couldn't help it i ended up doing HIIT cardio...i was not planning on it but once i was there it was like i had no choice..
-Warmed up and did 8 sprints(45 seconds jogging then 15 seconds sprinting..), took a ten minute break to stretch(this was actually the worst part of the workout..), and then 6 more sprints in the same fashion at the end with a 5 minute cool down..

More Daily Notes
-Feeling tired, mostly due to being done with all my exams and studying and now i can relax
-Running out of food! I can easily buy more but i am going home tomorrow so i am trying to finish everything i got..
-I have complained in the past that i never get BA tingles....well i got em the past two mornings taking my BA with my P-slin...did not get em with the intrabolic though..​

Meal

-Today was chest and shoulders and it was great
-I hit 80's for 5 sets of DB bench at 6 reps each set...great mind muscle connection and strength w/ no spot at all.
-Also hit a high on the db shoulder press that i had not hit in awhile.
-Also did DB Decline Bench and Decline Hammer Machine.
-Great pump and tight feeling chest and some great vascularity like usual.
-Intrabolic was good today and tastes good to me with lots of water.
-Felt dominant in the gym and had a very productive workout.

Daily Notes
-Pretty much recovered from my back workout with just some minor soreness left.
-Weight was at 171lbs today with my last workout at school before i go home.
-All packed up and ready to go home for Spring Break :run:

Day 12(March 1)

Meal

Workout
-Todays workout was not my strongest workout but i felt amazing in the gym
-Today was a trap/legs day...but more basically i just did Deadlifts, hang cleans, squats, DB Shrugs and Calf Raises.
-I felt insane lifting all this weight and owning the gym.
-Weights were great and it was really nice to be back at my Gold's Gym by my home.
-Had great pumps and vascularity throughout the entire body which felt great.
-Intrabolic is helping to fuel the fire as i workout


Daily Notes
-Thank god i am home...i made my meals i have eaten today and i really really really miss cooking my own food.
-Added some WMS for postworkout with my Green Mag and whatever IA i have not finished. This has brought my caloric total up to 3500 cals..i shall sit here for awhile then may still continue to go up.
-Will be keeping diet tight even while home for break, but i may still go out several times this week as i please.​

-Another great workout.
-Today i did drop set clusters on Close Grip Bench and BB Curl, even with the low rep scheme i got a solid pump.
-I love the full pump feeling rather than just inflation of the muscle..everything feels rock solid.
-Strength and endurance were very impressive on this grueling workout..i did not know how taxing it would be but it was tough.
-The combo of p-slin and intrabolic seem to fuel my workout to make me able to go through anything...incredible

Daily Notes
-I will from now on be taking my Post workout AP 15 minutes before concluding my workout then drinking 40-50 grams WMS mixed with remaining IA and Green Mag. Then upon return home(15min) i will eating a post workout meal.
-So i fully believe that P-slin amplifies the effects of whatever i take with it. I never get BA tingles at all even from the intraworkout dose in IA, but when i take some with my P-slin i get some crazy tingles in my face and ears.
-Recovery is pretty impressive and while my back is sore today and my legs tight i feel pretty good to go.
-Muscles feeling full as usual.
-LOVING eating different healthy foods while at home...can not wait to cook more meals and experiment some more.
-Tomorrow will be an off day and i will probably be doing some cardio.​

Day 14(March 3)

Meal
-~110grams oats and WW Bread​

Workout
-Well today was just cardio, so i headed to the gym after my P-slin at breakfast and had an insane cardio session.
-Started with 10 minutes of Cardio on the Elliptical, 45 seconds at low intensity, then all out for 15 seconds and repeated 8 times.
-Stretched all muscles for a total stretching period of 10 minutes.
-Jumped on the treadmill and did 10 more minutes of HIIT cardio consisting of 40 seconds jogging and 20 seconds sprinting.
-Had to use a treadmill because i was at my Gold's Gym and not my college so no sprinting area.
-Overall it was incredible and i love the runner's high i get after my cardio...even when i feel like im about to pass out.​

Thanks...I really am enjoying it. I am not really a busy go out and do a ton of stuff kind of person, so i enjoy the laying back and relaxing and chilling. Very few of my friends are on break so i am mainly chilling wit two of my best friends and its been real nice so far..and they should be joining me to lift tomorrow and chilling tomorrow to learn some of my training and eating pointers ;)

also am really enjoying all the good food...just ate some Parmesan Chicken and pasta, loving fresh scrambled eggs for breakfast, and had some good clam chowder yesterday...can not wait to see what else i can cook up.

yea today was the first time i did cardio after p-slin...i normally have p-slin at breakfast then do an AP with my pre-cardio meal. I did notice some good endurance with this and some pumps in the legs and calves...all in all i think i will use p-slin pre cardio from now on.

Day 15(March 4)

Workout
-Today was back day and i had a great workout.
-Back was pumped up pretty good and i hit the lats pretty hard today.
-Traps were incredibly pumped as well.
-Mind muscle connection is insane...definitely very beneficial to get the blood flowing in the muscle allowing me to concentrate on just hitting the target muscle.
-Flew through the workout with great endurance and little rest...the P-slin+intrabolic combo is INSANE...who needs breaks in between lifts??

Daily Notes
-Really liking AP dose with last exercise of the day then WMS drink 15 minutes later...leaves my muscles really tight.
-Sleeping real deeply lately and have a great mood(likely due to the t-booster kicking in)
-Still looking lean..
-Will be posting a two week P-slin review when i get a chance today​

-I say that because i had to hold back slightly due to getting an insane tension headache(i think thats what it was..)..
-With that said i worked really hard today and was SHOT when i finished.
-Today was legs with an emphasis on Hamstrings..the SLDL's were intense at the end
-I am really impressed at the insane pump i get in my hamstrings.
-I might even say this is my favorite workout to do......
-ABSOLUTELY in love with my p-slin and IA right now like really this stuff fueling my workouts is amazing.
-After this grueling workout i rewarded my self with a larger amount of oats and mixed some Nutella into it

-Feeling on top of the world lately
-Not very sore at all from yesterdays back workout...
-Started to see a signature vein in my calf/ankle area that usually comes at real low BF levels so i guess i am still pretty darn lean...

Overview

-Weight is up around 3lbs..which is more than i shoot for but its fine.
-From the beginning i have noted some insane endurance on P-slin and it just keeps getting better in this aspect.
-Vascularity is great, veins seem fuller if that makes any sense.
-I did not think it would take time to really kick in, but i think it does. These last couple of workouts the pumps and endurance as well as strength have began to rise rather nicely.
-The only negative i could see is that the amount of carbs i eat with it makes a pretty big meal(i do not see this as a problem, but some may not like eating this much...idk why they'd feel that way tho :lol: )​

i could see the uncomforatble feeling w/ that big of a meal.
there are other ways to get those carbs in tho; my p-slin meal is 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops mass maker (beverly) in a shaker with a slice of ezekiel 4:9 cinnamon raisin bread (@ 73g carbs, 410 cal). obviously our diets are different, but adding either a grapefruit or banana, or combination of additional scoop mass maker & another piece ezekiel, or 2 scoops mass maker would get you to 100g carbs...
lotta options there, and the shake is not too filling at all. i like that it takes me less than 5 minutes to consume & doesn't leave me feeling all sloshy (is that a word?)...

o no i am not complaining about the meal at all, i was saying some people may not like it. I love it...its like my favorite meal of the day and does not seem to upset my stomach really

Bro same here, Im a carb junkie (on AP and eventually P-Slin when I get around to try it I love huge carb meals.) I feel like I push them over there "limits" in a sense.

Also when yous say your veins seems fuller I have always wondered if veins are a limited size from genetics, or are they stretchable to allow a more pronounced blood flow (and then presumably a larger nutrient/oxygen channel to muscles?)

Yes this interests me because i did not think my veins would "grow" ..i though mostly they could become more pronounced. But it seems my main veins(like those in my bis and forearms and shoulder) seem to have grown in diameter. Now nothing extreme but i definitely note a difference.

Day 17(March 6)

Meal
-~120grams oats, cheerios, honey, and raisins.​

Workout
-Today was chest and shoulders and it was very productive.
-If you remember earlier i mentioned that i had stopped shoulder training for awhile...well adding it these last few weeks has proved to greatly improve them. Working more of the middle deltoid and less or the anterior deltoid
-Chest work was great...and i hit 80's on incline for 5 twice in the routine(75x6 3 times prior to this). Thats a 10 lb increase from two weeks ago. Nice slow negative with an explosive lift...form was great and so i was very impressed with this weight. :thumbsup:
-Decline Bench increased by several reps and i made sure form was perfect on this as well.
-By the end of my work out i was incredibly pumped all over and vascularity was pretty insane.
-Had a nice stretch afterwards and felt like i had a great workout.

Daily Notes
-Had some good soreness in my hams and glutes but nothing too intense, recovery is going great on this stack.
-Feeling great but not looking forward to going back to school...ima miss making good food...

Day 18(March 7)

Daily Notes
-Today was a complete off day with no working out or any cardio.
-Had a cheat meal last night for the first time in quite some time. It was great to go eat out with my family as being on spring break while they have school and work i do not get to see them during the majority of the day.
-Diet otherwise has been very good at home, have not been extremely strict with diet as it has been clean but not really measuring food amounts. Just enjoying some great home made cooking :food:
-Still holding a great amount of vascularity in arms during the day and did not really bloat from my cheat meal.
-Spent today with some friends who are back for the weekend so today was a good overall day.
-Hitting the gym again tomorrow.​

Day 19(March 8)

Meal
-~130grams WW Bread, Cheerios, and Reeses PB Puffs :D

Workout
-Had a great arm workout today, it was short but intense.
-10 sets of 3 reps of dips and BB curls, alternating between exercises with 1 minute rest in between.
-Strength stayed constant throughout all ten sets so the endurance and strength was very impressive.
-Vascularity was very apparent as well as a rock solid pump.
-Was a great workout all in all.

Daily Notes
-Weight holding constant even with a more lenient diet this week.
-Spring break is coming to an end so i will be heading back to college tomorrow :( , but only two more months til summer :thumbsup:

 
glad to see you having these great workouts; musta been the reeses puffs eh?...

shhh dont tell anyone my secret....but really i saw some today and i they sounded good so i ate em lol. I also found that Ezekiel Bread at my local giant so i will be trying some out the next time i come home.

Workout
-Today was a leg workout, and i will say i could not walk after my lifting.
-It was mainly focused around quads and they are one of my strengths(both in size and actual strength) and easily get the biggest pumps of any muscle group due to intense mind-muscle connection with them.
-Strength on squats was up, yet i did not increase weight but i man handled the weight in a controlled negative with and explosive positive. Extremely deep squatting too none of this parallel crap :twisted:
-Moved on to hack squat and walking lunges superset...this had me insanely pumped.
-Finished with a giant set of leg extension=>leg Curl=>calf raise with only 15 seconds rest between...so 15 seconds after calf raises i went right back to leg extensions. Did this four times and needless to say the pump was extreme, my mental toughness was extremely tested, and i limped to the locker room..
-Strength, endurance, and pumps are pretty extreme right now and i am loving the way the weights are increasing in a controlled fashion.

Daily Notes
-Well my weight was at 175-176 today :blink: so i think i have added a little bit of fat from my spring break week, but it was well worth it.
-Still look pretty darn lean so its not much, waist has not increased so who knows. All other measurements have gone up and i have added 1/4 an inch to my arms this last three weeks :eek:
-Did not get much sleep last night but took a crazy good nap after my postworkout meal. Still off stims and feeling gradually better as i continue with out them

Thanks man it is extremely satisfying to have improvements like this..that superset was killing my quads, they were pumped and burning so bad(but i loved it :twisted: )

Thanks man i am really trying to focus on making sure i get as deep as possible on squats. It usually isn't a problem for me but i have also been stretching and trying to increase my flexibility to get even lower.

Day 22(March 11)

Meal

-Today's workout was not on the level of some of my last couple workout, but reps went up on every single exercise.
-Had a nice back pump again with some good mind muscle connection.
-Energy was great and i was really focused.
-I hardly rested between sets and got a great amount of work in, the intrabolic is working incredibly well...will be posting a half bottle review today.
-Muscles were all rock solid today, and i say some new veins. Forearms were sooo pumped that it was hard to do some exercises but i made it through.
-Felt incredible after my workout and felt very accomplished.

Daily Notes
-Weight was back down to 173lbs today and i looked leaner than yesterday so i think i was slightly bloated the past two days.
-Great recovery with legs based on how insane yesterday's lift was.
-Slept great last night and feeling refreshed.
